Hello All,
I am a first time mom and I'm 27 years old. I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant and my due date is September 21st. I feel truly blessed and glad i was able to conceive on my own without any therapy since i have a history of Hodgkin Lymphoma, and went through a series of chemotherapy and radiation. I have been cancer free for the pass 8 years, and my only long term effect is that i now have hypothyroidism. Based on my background, the doctors said they didn't know if i would be able to conceive on my own, and i would probably have a few complications. They never said I couldn't have children, just that they didn't know, and they had suggested "the sooner the better". I'm glad to have met my boyfriend of over 5 years, who agreed we would try before i turned 30, we made this decision back in December of 2015, and i stopped taking my birth control, little did we know that i would get pregnant right away. And here we are, a few months later carrying a little miracle. My doctors are super proud of me and so far i have had no risk factors. Both the baby and I have been looking and feeling really healthy. For the pass few months of being pregnant i have had no symptoms, just headaches when i don't get enough sleep. It's tough getting some rest sometimes being a full time worker and a part time student, but i have been better at managing my sleep schedule and things have been only getting smoother for me

.
I anyone has any advice i would greatly appreciate it!
