Soooooo sooooo sooooo tired since Sunday when I had pretty regular strong Braxton hicks through the night. And no appetite which sucks since I have GD and have to eat every two hours. I feel like it's the first tri all over again... I also feel the urge to poo all the time whether I need to or not. And my sugar levels are getting progressively higher at night. Im ready to get this baby out!
Is anyone else noticing LO movements a lot less these days? I'm 36 weeks and over the past couple of days DD movements have decreased. I know as they get bigger their quarters get a lot more cramped, DD was just such a wiggle worm I'm not liking not feeling her as often.
Sidenote: I had my 36 week checkup yesterday and LO is doing good

Yes. I feel her less too and she is still doing fine at my check up. If I want to check up on her I take a warm shower or drink something warm and then get into bed and put my hands on my belly and take deep breaths. that usually gets her jiggling about
My babe won't quit moving. He is seriously wiggling around and spinning in circles or something 24/7... makes it quite difficult to sleep, that's for sure!
Has anyone else's eyelashes turned into crap since being pregnant? I always had beautiful, long lashes but since pregnancy they've just become short and unmanageable!

My LO has been unusually quite in there lately and I almost got used to it, as he was still fine at the scans and midwive appointments, but the past two days he has been kicking the living crap out of me. His head is so low in my pelvis that I am constantly moaning from lightning vagina and everything hurts. I'm not sure if this sudden increase in movement is a sign of anything happening. I've been leaking some kind of fluid all day and I just put a pad to check if it's amniotic fluid.

My first was crazy active and they think that's what caused my waters to break early.
Does everyone noticeably lose there mucus plug! ? I remember losing it with my daughter but I have not noticeably lost so far and it's really discouraging like labor isn't close at all.

I noticed it with my first, but not the following two. FWIW, my waters started leaking two hours after losing my plug with #1.

That honestly makes me feel better. I've been feeling like since I haven't lost it. Or so I think. that it means I'm not dilating which is a huge disappointment

I felt so ill last night my dh had to suffer my moaning and groaning before bed time. I'm pretty sure I was having back-to-back BH contractions. had to get some sleep so said I would wait and see till the morning. slept very well and feeling better now but still have like a mild period cramp downstairs. still no bleeding and waters intact so just waiting it out!
Ok ladies, any thoughts/ suggestions on itching?? I've been so, so itchy the past couple of weeks and it's driving me crazy. Started with my arms, hands and fingers and now I itch everywhere!!! Even the bottoms of my feet. I'm 35 weeks 3 days and this is my 4th baby, never experienced anything like this with the others though. Help!
Went in and got labs done today which stated my liver enzymes are elevated. I have to redo labs on Wednesday and wait to see what Mayo Clinic says about one of the blood samples they took today. DH is freaking out, which is making me freak out. Guess we'll see what the next set of labs say and what Mayo says.
Been having lower back pain on the right sidr for about two weeks now. However, today I was walking down the stairs at work and every step I took, it felt like my back was popping or cracking in the same area...almost similar to like knuckles cracking I guess. Now when I walk it's happening every so often as well. I'm 37 + 3...anyone else experience this?
Anyone else getting blood blister type bumps on their lady parts? Googling it sounds like it can be a normal pregnancy thing. I have about 5 or 6 only on one side...it seems weird...

I've had major sacroiliac dysfunction this whole pregnancy. It's killing me. However, now that baby's moving down more, it has seemed to stabilize a bit.

Yes I had this in week 33. Went to a Physio and she fixed me up

I have a bump but I have no idea what it looks like or what it is. Figured I'll just wait until he's born to take a closer look.

I made my husband look. Then he decided he wanted to pop it and I almost kicked him in the face.

Eeek, yeah I don't think I want to pop anything. I tried to check it out with a mirror, then had better luck with just taking a picture of it to look...they definitely look dark like blood blisters...hopefully they'll just go away after baby is born!

@shani12345 Blehh sounds like fun xD. I had an app today and the nurse said it's normal but I could go to a chiropractor. That scares me so I think I will just deal with the discomfort.
@BeatboxBaby You should try it! My chiropractor has been like my best friend throughout the second half of my pregnancy. A weekly check in and tune-up of my pelvis and sacral alignment makes me feel really confident going into birth and she works out any misalignment in my back caused by all this weight in the front. It's really fantastic relief.
@BeatboxBaby I agree about the chiropractor. I was dragging my leg behind me practically the entire pregnancy without even knowing it till I went to the chiro! I feel so much better! Hip and back pain completely gone as is the pain I was having in my leg. Do you really want to be in that much pain while giving or recovering from birth?
The only thing I would cation about going to the chiro is don't let them work on anything that doesn't hurt. They did my neck the first two times and I am finally getting over the pain and head aches from that ( granted I have loads of neck and shoulder pain history which they weren't aware of) I guess what I'm saying is, if it ain't broke, let it go till after birth... If is is hurting, get it taken care of ASAP! Totally worth it!
I just don't even like the sounds of knuckles cracking so the thought of anyone doing something to my back freaks me out xD
You could look for a DO. They can use muscle movement to realign you. DH is a DO and realigns me all the time without the high velocity cracking. My problem is loose ligaments made worse with pregnancy, which means within minutes of being fixed, it goes back out again.
Anyone else getting swelling in their hands and feet all of a sudden? Everything else is generally fine. I wonder if it has to do with being on spring break this week and not constantly moving like at work. Or being a week from my due date...

I have definitely seen some swelling. I haven't been able to wear my rings for the past month. I blame it on retaining water and the increased blood flow. It definitely has nothing to do with the 40ish new lbs of baby-weight.
Anyone feeling like complete crap? I mean insanely terrible.. Constant headache, nausea, fatigue, dizzy spells. Not like normal pregnancy complaints, like hook me up to an IV of fluids and give me days to sleep. I also have off and on cramping, back pain, random contractions.. Oh and that wonderful discharge! I lost my plug two weeks ago, and on Tuesday was 3 cm and 75% effaced. Can I just get him out now?! Oh did I mention I took a week long vacation off work and tomorrow I have to go back?!

All day today I've had off and on dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, cramping, "gas, vomit, or contraction?", and have been losing what I'm guessing are pieces of my plug. It's not pleasant and a lot of it is beyond what I would consider normal pregnancy symptoms, in comparison to my last one. Especially today's vomiting/diarrhea deal - I can't keep anything down, at. all.

I adore mine!
