So if I remember correctly I loved water when I was KU with DD but it seems that is NOT the case with this pregnancy. I'm struggling with hydrating guise and I need suggestions ASAP! For the most part, I actually gave up drinking juice over a year ago and I wasn't missing it at all until I got KU, now it seems juice is all I want. I won't let myself really drink it like that because of sugar overload but as a result I'm struggling with staying hydrated. Never really been a soda person so that's out too (not to mention it's worse than juice lol). Been doing natural, no sugar added, Coconut water here and there but I can't drink that too much because then I end up in the bathroom lol.
Anyway, what are you drinking these days? I've heard fruit infused water is great...any suggestions on what combos taste yummy?

I personally don't like the artificial ingredients in Crystal Light, Mio, etc.
Hmmm, I loved a splash of Sprite and Cranberry in my Vodka so maybe I'll try a bit with water...thanks @atcwag

Ok, thanks for the tip @MrsFlamingo I love the Passion Tea and I usually only do 1/2tsp of sugar.
@zrain lemon juice may work as well. Thanks!
I also have issues with drinking enough water, I do seltzer mixed with cranberry juice. Many variations there. I second LaCroix, good stuff.

I'll also add one I made at my MILs house earlier because I was super thirsty and so didn't want water. She had some Motts Tots Apple Juice so I took some of that and added lots of water and it was oh so refreshing!

Love this post! With my first pregnancy the only consistent craving I had was water. Not so this time. I'm working to get in 60-70 ozs a day whereas last pregnancy I was easily downing 80-100oz a day. :-(
I have found if I start drinking as soon as I get up it seems to kick my desire for water up a notch the rest of the day. I love all these ideas and will be trying them asap!
@whaat yes if you drink it in abundance it will help you go

"Coconuts are Great Laxative. One concern when taking too much of coconut water is its laxative effect. Coconut water may or may not have positive effects depending on the frequency of bowel movement. However, for people suffering from constipation, drinking plenty of coconut water may be a good idea."

I buy the no sugar added brands like Zico and One. Many like Vita better but it has added sugar in it.
