So, what are you calling your passenger(s)?

My husband has nicknamed our baby Squishy, which makes me think of Finding Nemo. I vary between the rather boring Kid 3 and This One.

Curious what others have selected as nicknames.

My husband keeps calling him/her "the prospect". As in, not quite ready for the majors yet. Still needs some development. I like "sprout" better. It feels happier.

Our daughter was "shrimp monster" until we started calling her by her real name because we kinda freaked out when we saw the pictures of a 6 week old embryo for the first time.

Little One. Came about organically. He/she will be our last, so makes sense.

But we are huge on nicknames, there will be more. I'm surprised our son knows his name.

Tater tot! Our couple nickname is "Mash" so my parents said it's our little mashed potato, or a tater tot!

DH decided to call this baby "dinosaur." I think I like it. We'll see if that changes when we get to see her/him on ultrasound. We called our first baby "tadpole"

It doesn't have a consistent mini-nn yet. DH keeps referring to it by its ticker size. Today is sweet pea, so that's what he's calling it for this week. I've been calling it "the niblet", "the dinosaur blob", "the nugget". Maybe we'll come up with something more consistent after the first U/S. PGAL brain won't let me get too attached yet...

We call the baby 2.0 most of the time.

Our last name begins with a "Q" so we'll call him/her the letter "Q" too.

"DD." My mom started referring to our future children as Dean or Darcy (not names we are considering) a year or so ago and it's been a running joke in the family since. So we are calling this LO DD.

We usually call it by the ticker size, but this week we started calling it Pacman because of how it looked on the ultrasound with the heartbeat going.

I call it Turkey since I am due Thanksgiving weekend. My husband is not that creative, he just calls it The Baby. I'm sure more will naturally evolve. I hope.

We're not sure if we want to call it BO(BabyO) or LO(LittleOne). I think LO is better because I think Body Odor for BO.

We've been calling it "the kid". We're not big on cutesy nicknames for anything. DH started with "the kid" and it has kind of just stuck.

We call ours Ubb (UnBorn Baby). I said it jokingly once and it stuck. Now DH constantly asks questions like, "so how's Ubb?" or "what does Ubb want for dinner?"

Baby Beluga. The song came on the other day and it just sort of stuck in my head. We called DS Squishy when he was first born, as in Finding Nemo, and I still call him that (and Squish and Squisher) to this day. It's one of my favorite nicknames for him.

Right now we call it either Baby V or whatever food size it is. Last week we called the baby Little Blueberry. I'm sure this week we'll call the baby Little Raspberry. No other nicknames yet.

Little Bean over here too but I keep slipping in the "her."
Last kiddo was Bug...first symptom was a cold. Lol

Jelly bean, we called DD gummy bear after a US that looked like a gummy bear and DH calls me his gum drop so it only seemed right to continue with the candy names
