@leksil What thermometer are you using? Those are crazy differences. I used a regular thermometer from Walmart and got temps like that, but once I got the Mabis BBT (recommended by everyone here) I have a much nicer chart.
@slradske0626 Welcome! Fx you are okay without the BD last night.
@BecauseLove you have a fantastic point there, testing everyday from day 1. Like seriously. It would reduce the anticipation perhaps of these mid TWW days. I vote for doing that next time.
@khbear@KarliQ88 yay nurses! I know there's more of us around. I'm ICU.
@babymish FX for you it's positive when you get back!!! I'm sorry you have to go through the torture of not testing though
Month/Cycle: 1/2
CD/DPO: 19/7
Timing: -3, -2, -1, O, +1
Testing: guys.. I gave in today.. So of course BFN cuz it's so flippin early, but I thought I could be special and I wanted to tell my doctor today if it was positive.
R/R/CS: I have zero symptoms today.. The complete opposite.. What?? I wish I could use the "find charts like mine" since I'm on the trial VIP membership, but apparently you have to actually pay for it to use that function. Another rant, FF took away "pregnancy points" for me what's everyone up to? I had 13, down to 11 now.
I have my endo appt today to find out my hbA1c. I'll keep y'all updated.
GTKY: What was your favorite subject in school? Did it end up becoming part of your career? Anything you wish you focused on more or were better at? I loved biology and natural sciences. And I became a nurse! I secretly wish I was a meteorologist though, flyimg airplanes through hurricanes. Or a volcanologist. Don't have to deal with people, only angry volcanoes.

R/R/CS: Found myself craving sweets/chocolate all yesterday - so really really hoping that isnt a sign of AF coming and perhaps just having cravings because I have been on a hardcore healthy diet, but feeling sad about it. But keeping that out of my mind - I am sending positive vibes today! Had a wonderful session at hot yoga last night and it is supposed to be 72 and beautiful out today! Hope all of you lovely ladies enjoy your day.
GTKY: What was your favorite subject in school? Did it end up becoming part of your career? Anything you wish you focused on more or were better at? Favorite subject was probably history, but also liked english. All the writing definitely became part of my career (attorney). I always wished I was better at math because I actually think I would have loved a career in business.
@sldp123 FX'd for you! I am horrendous at math, always wished I was better at it @sparty18 sorry for CD1, but FX'd for your next cycle! @thj101 perhaps we can hold out until 3/31 together?? haha @houseofsetters sorry you are so bummed today, but it is still early! You are definitely not a debbie downer. I hope AF passes quickly and that next cycle will be your time if this is not @H4aPartyof5 I just made an appointment to get my hair cut next week - it is nice to look forward to a change! @Lecool love the gif haha and that you would up doing what you wanted in life! @wineo sorry about the BFNs - wish i learned to love math - still can't do it haha @nwegman7878 dang girl - your timing is impressive! R/R/CS: DH has switch shifts (again!) and is now working nights. I couldn't fall asleep last night until almost midnight. He got home this morning at 3ish. I'm a fairly light sleeper and tend to wake up when he gets home (his uniform has SO much Velcro and he is NOT a quiet person!). It took me a while to fall back to sleep. I'm exhausted. I could barely wake up when my alarm went off. This morning has me like...
GTKY: What was your favorite subject in school? Did it end up becoming part of your career? Anything you wish you focused on more or were better at?
Math!! I have my Bachelor's in Accounting and my Master's in Business (specialization in Finance) and I'm an accountant for local government, so yes. I originally planned on being a high school math teacher (I also have my Bachelor's in Social Sciences with a concentration in Education) but I got my foot in the door with the County and it was too good of an opportunity to pass up. So, I went back to school and I'm glad I did.

@nwegman7878 actually, as soon as I typed that I was thinking that maybe I would want to test before Nashville so I don't feel guilty about drinking. Sooo maybe that test date will change to 9dpo. We'll see... @becauselove that's an interesting strategy...maybe testing everyday post-O would make the actual act of testing less anxiety-provoking since it's just part of the routine. Hmm... @babymish sorry about the BFN :-( @sugargirl1019 sorry about the BFN, but (as you know), you're still super early! I have never used FF VIP--I think it would make me too crazy. And I would waste lots of time. @Heatho620 I'm jealous of your weather today!! We might get 3 inches of snow and I might cry. Also, I always just figured the "rave" section of r/r/cs was where you could include what you're happy about.
Testing: BFN 11 DPO, not bothering anymore. AF should be here today/tomorrow
R/R/CS: My temps look the exact same as every other BFN month so for the first time ever I'm not tempted to POAS every day. Boo.

Timing: was awesome
Testing: if AF doesn't come in full force, maybe, but I doubt it...
R/R/CS: question - what is the line for spotting? I know "if it's enough to fill a pad or tampon" but define fill.....as in I have a pantiliner in and wouldn't go with nothing, but it's also not "filling" anything, even the super thin pantiliner....so I don't know whether to call this CD1 (usually I only have 1 day of spotting and then AF comes full force, but it's still just spotting a second day...I think...) Today was a bit rough for a few small reasons that just added up. But I'm at home in leggings and a sweatshirt now, so that helps
GTKY: What was your favorite subject in school? Did it end up becoming part of your career? I'm a math teacher, so yes, although I wish I did more chem.. I took it to first year intending it to be my second teachable subject, but for scheduling (read: lazy) purposes I changed to computer science instead (I hate computers.....seriously.) oh well.

R/R/CS: is it possible I never ovulated or ovulated on day 18ish or 21ish instead? I've played around with all the methods on FF. If I remove both positive opks, I get dotted CH for CD 15 with FAM, no CH with Advanced and CH for CD 21 with Research. My opks weren't positive positive, but they were the most positive I get on wondfos. I'm so confused this cycle.
GTKY: What was your favorite subject in school? Did it end up becoming part of your career? Anything you wish you focused on more or were better at?
I liked all sorts of things. I was into writing, Spanish, psychology, history, geology. I really just liked school in general. I wish I were more focused on things. I majored in psychology, legal studies, and political science and use none of that in my current job.
@Sparty18 sorry about CD 1. Have a drink or a chocolate! Or three!! I thought I was close behind you and preemptively ate all the chocolate yesterday but idfk what's happening in my uterus.
@QueenSunscreen I don't think so.. There are no true temp shifts after your original O day. CM may have been able to help clarify. If CD 1 comes, then try to chart CM, OPKs and BBT. Its like the trifecta of confirming O.
General me: So I overlaid my chart from last cycles chart and my temps now are higher than when they were just before the temp drop last cycle. Cue the BSC. I WILL find something to hold onto!

@Sugargirl1019 I don't track CM because I never really have anything noticeable. I drink a ton of water all the time and don't take any medications that may affect it - although I started claritin for my allergies after I thought I O'd this month and I've noticed more CM than usual. Super weird. We've been using preseed to help with my usual lack of CM.
I also don't track CP because I can never reach it. I've tried all the recommended positions but I can never get it. Idk if that has to do with my LEEP a year and a half ago or the fact that I have shortish fingers or both.
Me - 30 DH - 36 Married 10/12/13 TTC #1 since 10/15 Chart!
@QueenSunscreen I don't track CP either.. That's a whole 'nother ball game that I dont want to get into. I have no desire to stick any fingers that far in.

To everyone who responded to my moping yesterday: Thank you for all the kind words! I'm feeling a little better today.
Month/Cycle: 2/2
CD/DPO: 25/unknown
Timing: seemed okay
Testing: BFN this morning. I'm counting myself out and just waiting for AF.
R/R/CS: I'm trying to divert my sadness into something more productive, so I've decided to try and lose some weight, and just ordered a BBT from Amazon so I can temp properly next cycle and more accurately track O.
GTKY: What was your favorite subject in school? Did it end up becoming part of your career? Anything you wish you focused on more or were better at? English, and it did! I do wish I'd been better at math.
I'm hoping to get back later for more comments. My boss is on a war path today for some reason. He started the morning with a meeting involving a stern talking-to about people arriving to work late, which is totally uncharacteristic of him. So I'm just trying to stay under the radar. I'm mobile bumping on my lunch.
@wineo929 I think this was a good GTKY question, thanks for starting it! I can never think of one, sometimes if no one is starting the thread after a while I will Google GTKY questions to find one.
@sldp123, fingers crossed for you tomorrow when you test. @sparty18, sorry about CD1 @thj101, osmosis nausea, LOL. Admittedly, I do the same thing with certain "symptoms" though. @houseofsetters, sorry about the BFN. @Lecool, I wrote a bit for our collegiate paper...unless you are really passionate about journalism, it's certainly enough to put you off that as a career. Glad that your HS journalism class steered you towards your current career though and that you love it. @ladystinson, I can't imagine getting birds of prey to listen/mind to you. Very impressive. @wineo929, sorry for the recent BFNs. @canavara, hope that FF is correct and your LP stays consistent. @QueenDaenerysT, sorry for the craziness with your LP, but fingers crossed it's a positive sign. @nwegman7878, yay for CHs. @KarliQ88, fingers crossed for you when you test. @HurricanAmelia, so sorry about the passing of your mom. @leksil, I'd probably keep temping, if only to keep in the habit and maybe provide yourself with more data later. @julliebeannn, hooray for a temp rise, but sorry that you are so sleepy. @aliciabhen, sorry about the BFN. I hope that you have a great long weekend though. @TheJerilu, I saw that same article first thing this morning and was like WTF. @AMGreely, good luck with your home improvements this weekend. I don't mind it getting warmer where we live, but I always hope that it gets cold enough in the winter to at least curb some of the insect population so I completely relate. @NurseMarie9, yay for a high temp! Glad that FF deemed that you could have your CH back. @PepperAT, sorry that you are having such anxiety about going to the doctor. I hate it as well. Hugs. @slradske0626, welcome. @khbear, when do you typically O? I would tend to think CD14, but that's only b/c my EWCM typically clears up right before O. @l9i, yeah, I think if I were in your shoes, I'd be kind of freaking a bit too. @felix08, I also took AP English and History; they were some of my favorite HS classes. @BecauseLove, wish that I were going to an Easter buffet on Sunday; sounds yummy. @babymish, sorry about the BFN. @Sugargirl1019, I totally squandered my free FF trial by not really temping/tracking, so I never got to take advantage of the pregnancy points system...boo hiss. Hope your test went well. @Heatho620, I'm envying your weather right now. We're supposed to have strong storms today. @linzrunz, sorry that you didn't have a very restful night. Hope tonight you get more rest. @PrettyPalomino, sorry that you are feeling out. @buthayna, I also hate computers. Glad I am not the only one. @Queensunscreen, sorry about CD1 @writeress, I also chose to divert my (so far) lack of luck TTC into a healthier lifestyle. Kudos to you. @hippiegirl1884, I wish we had, had a culinary arts program in school. We didn't and my mom rarely cooked. As a result, I'm pretty hopeless unless I follow exact recipes.
Buthayna I would still call that spotting. If it's bright red and enough where you need a regular pad or tampon, I'd call it CD1. It's still early. AF might hit later tonight.
QueenSunscreen I would say CD18 is a small possibility. It falls a day after your positive OPK and the temps being to rise following that day. What is your average O day/cycle length?
sldp123 Thanks. I've got my FX for you this cycle.
@nwegman7878 it's been increasing from 10, up to 13 last month. But today turned into cd1! I'm actually relieved I think. I had zero af symptoms - I usually have a migraine or two, cramping, sore boobs and spotting for a day or two. This month, it was entirely unannounced. Whatev. On to cycle 6.
Me - 30 DH - 36 Married 10/12/13 TTC #1 since 10/15 Chart!
@leksiL - Ah, sorry, yeah I'm one of the pretty much exclusively mobile bumpers!! Yknow to be totally honest, I'm not convinced there is an O day on there yet. It's hard to say. That's a difficult chart. It almost looks like, if you jump up tomorrow morning, today might even be your O day. I could be wrong here. Also, your temps are so rocky it makes me question your thermometer. I wonder if the battery is dying.
@nwegman7878 - Thanks for the input! I do feel like it could go either way. This is a funky cycle. I feel like no matter what I hit FW at least twice, so I'm trying to not be concerned about it. I'm just going to become a lunatic when FF tells me I'm late if I'm really not because it has the O day wrong.
@Sugargirl1019 - whoop! I'm an OB nurse on an LDRP unit (so we do antepartum, labor & delivery, postpartum mamas and nursery - along with occasional sick babies that aren't sick enough to ship), but I kept up my cross training to the telemetry unit. If I hadn't gone to OB, I wanted to do the unit!
@Buthayna - Get ready for a tmi question - how long can you go without changing the liner? Have you had to change it at all? If you have to change it (not just you changed it because it's sweaty and gross), then it's probably CD 1.
ETA @KarliQ88 - L&D/postpartum/nursery! It's an LDRP unit so we do all of it. I think catch labs are wicked cool and at least where I live the hours are better than 12 hr shifts, so I can't argue with that!
@khbear - thanks for answering! It sounds like I haven't been too out of line hanging around here another day, GTKY preference or not....I haven't had to change the liner at all for fear of leakage...just for hygenic reasons... which is nice since I'm a teacher and don't use the washroom during the school day (except for days when actual AF days when I have a tampon in and I'm scared of TSS so I make myself have time to change it in the middle of the day to be safe).
ETA: @nwegman7878for some reason it didn't notify me of your tag, but I just saw it scrolling through. Thanks for replying! I'm in Sweden, so it's already almost bedtime and still no AF so it looks like CD1 definitely isn't today. Thanks again for taking the time to reply!

@Buthayna glad no official AF as of yet! FX'd over here for you
Hmm... a bunch of coworkers invited me to happy hour at my favorite craft beer bar after work.... way too early to test but I always get nervous. Ever in that position where it is too early to test but invited to drink? B/c man a drink sounds good after this long week
@Heatho620 I completely feel you today! I am having the worst day today, nothing is going right. DH offered to take me for margaritas (a sure thing to cheer me up... always) but I feel weird about it since I'm 6dpo. Bah!
@heatho620 I've been invited to a bachelorette party next weekend, and I haven't RSVP'd because I'm testing 2 days before, and I just can't fully commit!
I would also just like to say that this wait is probably the worst anticipation I have had in my whole life. It ranks right up there with a kid counting down to Christmas, or, for me at least, it reminds me of when I tried out for cheerleading in middle school, and we had to wait a week for the team to be posted on the bulletin board outside of the gym.... **BSC rant over**

Since being off BCP, my thyroid medicine is actually too high now. So interesting! My TSH was 0.19. Whoops. I've also stopped taking Ramipril, an ACE-inhibitor (category X), which I take to protect my kidneys from protein tearing holes in them and coming through to the urine. I asked how my microalbumin level was in my urine since stopping the medicine, and it was NORMAL!! Obviously better blood sugar control helps my kidneys too, but now I can see that in labwork!!!

Wow, that is a great result! You must've worked very hard to have what would appear to be the HbA1C of a non-diabetic!! Congratulations!
I have Type 2 and am going to get mine done next week, for the first time in more than a year. I am fortunate that I was diagnosed before it got too out of control and I'm able to do diet and exercise. Normally I am in the 5s, but I'm nervous because I've been pretty bad over that time. I hope the improvements I've made recently have helped. You're proof that hard work pays off

@sldp123 Maybe your thermometer is getting low on batteries? Or your temp was just really consistent. Either way, fx for you and your testing tomorrow! I hear you on the not applying yourself to chemistry - I liked chemistry too and just could not get myself to really study and work at it.
@Sparty18 I'm sorry for CD1! I hope you have all the wine tonight (if you're into that kind of thing)!
@thj101 Out of curiosity, how were you tracking O? My OPKs/CM align with my O, but I know others get multiple LH surges and/or patches of fertile CM. I've totally looked up symptoms and then thought I've had them too - you're not alone in that.

@HurricaneAmelia Sorry to hear about losing your mom I totally feel you on the SS early on, I'm 5dpo and keep feeling little things and thinking, "IS THAT PREGNANCY??1!!? Wait, no..."
@juliebeannn Fx for you! That's great that your temp went up.
@aliciabhen Sorry about the BFN, creepy internet hugs to you. I hope you have a great long weekend!
@TheJerilu Sorry to hear about the problem employee, that's so frustrating. I hope your day gets better!
@AMGreely That's awesome about your diet and exercise, I fell off the workout wagon and it's so hard to stick with it. Home updates sound fun, I hope your weekend goes well!
@l9i That's awesome about the consistent temps! Fx!
@felix08 Oooh have fun in Nashville! DH loved it when he visited.
@BecauseLove An Easter dinner buffet sounds amazing! Fx your continued testing goes well!
@babymish Sorry about the BFN Fx your temp stays up!
@Sugargirl1019 Yeah I think you have to pay to use the "Charts Like Mine" function, but in all fairness, that is a BSC wormhole. The points are also a BSC enabler for me. Fx your appointment goes well!
@Heatho620 A hardcore healthy diet could definitely cause sweets cravings. Any time I go towards a South Beach/Whole30 type diet, I get sweets cravings.
@linzrunz Sorry you're so tired, but I'm glad you got to use that gif because it is freaking adorable.
@Buthayna Sorry today has been rough and about the possible CD1 FWIW, when I get enough of a flow to need to use something then I mark it as CD1, but I usually don't get much spotting beforehand.
@QueenSunscreen Sorry about the BFNs I agree it looks like O day was maybe a few days later, like you suggested, but without CM/OPKs, it is harder to tell. I check CM internally because I never have much on the outside. It took some getting used to, but now it is one of my easiest indicators. If you haven't tried internally, that may help.
@writeress Glad to hear you're feeling better today! Sorry about the BFNs, all the creepy internet hugs to you!
@hippiegirl884 I wish they taught culinary arts in my high school! I didn't learn to cook until after college, and I was self-taught. It would have been so nice to have learned that earlier!
Month/Cycle: 5/4 (+3 NTNP)
CD/DPO: 24/5
Timing: -2, 0
Testing: Too early for that.
R/R/CS: I'm glad I stopped temping during this TWW. My low post-O temps were really getting to me and I've slept much better the last 2 nights.
GTKY: What was your favorite subject in school? Did it end up becoming part of your career? Anything you wish you focused on more or were better at? I was really good at English and science, especially biology. I started as a biology major for 2 years, and then switched to English after a falling out with organic chemistry. I originally wanted to be a doctor, but it turns out I can't even touch raw meat when I cook, so looking back, that would probably not have worked out. I ended up going to law school and spent 2 1/2 years defending hospitals/nursing staff, which was nice because it included my interest in science. I am now a risk manager for an outpatient psych facility, so it's a bit of both worlds.
DD born PPROM preemie at 36 weeks on 10/1/17 after over a year TI, then 3 failed IUIs, and finally a successful IVF FET.
Due with #2 5/2/19 after HIO once in my FW, because apparently that's how life works now. Team Blue!
@mrsdee15 I used the Period Tracker app, it shows up as P. D. on my phone. I logged when the first day of my period was, and then the last day of my period (3/4-3/8 respectively) Then, I believe it was the 12th, was the first day of my fertile window, and then they had my ovulation day marked as 3/15, with the fertile window ending on the 18th.
I have always had very regular cycles. Never missed a period, never been late by more than 1 day. And I know you also can't track ovulation by symptoms, but on 3/15, my CM was thick (I guess that's how you would describe it?)

And I'm SO happy, guys! My HbA1C is 6.2%! That's the lowest I've ever been in the past 10 years. It feels so good to know all my hard work has paid off.
*trim*
*Lurking from WTO*
Wow, that is a great result! You must've worked very hard to have what would appear to be the HbA1C of a non-diabetic!! Congratulations!
I have Type 2 and am going to get mine done next week, for the first time in more than a year. I am fortunate that I was diagnosed before it got too out of control and I'm able to do diet and exercise. Normally I am in the 5s, but I'm nervous because I've been pretty bad over that time. I hope the improvements I've made recently have helped. You're proof that hard work pays off

Thank you! Fx you are under 6.0% It does feel good to be in the "pre-diabetic" range, considering my body does not make a single drop of insulin and is at the mercy of what insulin I DO take from the outside, and what I eat. I wish I could be in the 5s! But I'd have too many dangerous lows. I already have a few we are trying to correct with basal rates changes.
Dear diary post, skip if you want. Mini rant and idk what brought this on: I was sharing with a group of people that my lowest had been 6.3 and I was working to get back around there (I was very excited and enthusiastic) and their faces fell and they said "..... oh. 6.3? That's so high still...."
**TW obscene language**
NQPS,XMSOSKDJD FUCK all you!! You don't know what it's like being a Type 1! This is really freaking good! What that the hell is wrong with you??
But I didn't say that. I was so hurt! So upset that they thought I wasn't doing a good enough job, and that no one shared my excitement for success. That they didnt think I was successful. But I know Type 1's and Type 2 are completely different and have different challenges and also different A1cs.
Like when my OB was disappointed with my A1C of 6.3 and said "we really prefer you to be under 6.0..." Fuck that shit.
Thankfully my endocrinologist straightened me out and brought me out of that depression and self-loathing. He said 6.3 was a great number for me to be at as long as I can control spikes. Spikes is what hurts the baby, not a general average blood sugar. Blah. I love my endo, his NP and educator can deliver my baby and I'd be satisfied with that lol. They are one of my biggest support groups and I'm so blessed to have found them! Sorry this turned into a dear diary. Forgive me. But this is why I've started a Type 1 Diabetes journey-to-get-pregnant type blog, so other people don't feel completely defeated and destroyed when someone tells them their great control isn't good enough because they don't understand what being a Type 1 is like.

@linzrunz My H also works nights and also makes the MOST NOISE EVER while undressing/making breakfast/getting ready for bed, so I feel your pain.
@Buthayna I would count that as spotting. I don't call CD1 until I have to use a tampon. I usually have a day of light spotting before CD1 where I use a pantyliner.
@khbear thanks for the advice! I have ordered a new thermometer. If O is this week I am timing things well anyway, just in case. It would make more sense for this week to be O week CM-amount-wise. Who knows maybe it will take a few months for everything to straighten out.
@Heatho620@AMGreely I wouldn’t hesitate to have a craft beer or margarita. I think there are lots of vitamins or antioxidants I am a bad influence! I get it though, seriously. We wanted to celebrate getting a contract on a house and I was going to get a bottle of sparkling wine, but you kind of have to drink the whole bottle when you do that so just didn’t.
@thj101 could you go and not drink? I had someone not drinking at mine to keep us all in line. Doesn’t sound like the most fun thing to do but if you are good friends it would be sad to miss it!
@sugargirl1019 I don’t know what that means but it sounds good, I’m sorry people are assholes AND you have adorable bunny pics!!
@mrsdee15 I am currently reading the Outlander novels, but my top three are Herman Wouk’s Winds of War/War and Remembrance, Katherine by Anya Seton, and Shogun by James Clavel.

@mrsdee15 - Thanks for the input! A couple of days ago, I was like nah no way I O'd that early! But now I really am thinking it's plausible. My CM pattern was funky, but I will say one of my ~secondary~ signs was on point for CD 11... I was supah horny! Hahaha.
@BecauseLove - just like normal! Unless it did something weird to my CM pattern like give me extra days of EWCM. If it is the culprit for my funky pattern, I'm going to start it earlier next cycle so it gets more extra days on the WTO side of things, like maybe a couple of days after AF leaves. Just drink extra water if you do it!
Re: TWW Thursday
@leksil What thermometer are you using? Those are crazy differences. I used a regular thermometer from Walmart and got temps like that, but once I got the Mabis BBT (recommended by everyone here) I have a much nicer chart.
@slradske0626 Welcome! Fx you are okay without the BD last night.
@BecauseLove you have a fantastic point there, testing everyday from day 1. Like seriously. It would reduce the anticipation perhaps of these mid TWW days. I vote for doing that next time.
@khbear @KarliQ88 yay nurses! I know there's more of us around. I'm ICU.
@babymish FX for you it's positive when you get back!!! I'm sorry you have to go through the torture of not testing though
Month/Cycle: 1/2

Testing: guys.. I gave in today.. So of course BFN cuz it's so flippin early, but I thought I could be special and I wanted to tell my doctor today if it was positive.
R/R/CS: I have zero symptoms today.. The complete opposite.. What?? I wish I could use the "find charts like mine" since I'm on the trial VIP membership, but apparently you have to actually pay for it to use that function.
Another rant, FF took away "pregnancy points" for me
I have my endo appt today to find out my hbA1c.

I am horrendous at math, always wished I was better at it
@sparty18 sorry for CD1, but FX'd for your next cycle!
@thj101 perhaps we can hold out until 3/31 together?? haha
@houseofsetters sorry you are so bummed today, but it is still early! You are definitely not a debbie downer. I hope AF passes quickly and that next cycle will be your time if this is not
@H4aPartyof5 I just made an appointment to get my hair cut next week - it is nice to look forward to a change!

@nwegman7878 dang girl - your timing is impressive! FX'd for you.
@HurricaneAmelia - I hear you on the symptom spotting - its making me batty and I am trying to tell myself to just relax, but it is so hard!

@aliciabhen I am so sorry for you BFN, but as you said you are still early. I am over here hoping for you. Hope your day gets better and enjoy your 3 day weekend

@becauselove that's an interesting strategy...maybe testing everyday post-O would make the actual act of testing less anxiety-provoking since it's just part of the routine. Hmm...
@babymish sorry about the BFN :-(
@sugargirl1019 sorry about the BFN, but (as you know), you're still super early!

Timing: was awesome
Testing: if AF doesn't come in full force, maybe, but I doubt it...
R/R/CS: question - what is the line for spotting? I know "if it's enough to fill a pad or tampon" but define fill.....as in I have a pantiliner in and wouldn't go with nothing, but it's also not "filling" anything, even the super thin pantiliner....so I don't know whether to call this CD1 (usually I only have 1 day of spotting and then AF comes full force, but it's still just spotting a second day...I think...)
Today was a bit rough for a few small reasons that just added up. But I'm at home in leggings and a sweatshirt now, so that helps
GTKY: What was your favorite subject in school? Did it end up becoming part of your career? Anything you wish you focused on more or were better at? in highschool - math and music....in elementary school probably science. I started liking math more in grade 8.

I also don't track CP because I can never reach it. I've tried all the recommended positions but I can never get it. Idk if that has to do with my LEEP a year and a half ago or the fact that I have shortish fingers or both.

@houseofsetters, sorry about the BFN.

@QueenDaenerysT, sorry for the craziness with your LP, but fingers crossed it's a positive sign.
@nwegman7878, yay for CHs.
Hugs.
@slradske0626, welcome.
@babymish, sorry about the BFN.
@Queensunscreen, sorry about CD1
@writeress, I also chose to divert my (so far) lack of luck TTC into a healthier lifestyle. Kudos to you.
@hippiegirl1884, I wish we had, had a culinary arts program in school. We didn't and my mom rarely cooked. As a result, I'm pretty hopeless unless I follow exact recipes.
@sldp123, @QueenSunscreen, @Lecool, @Heatho620, @khbear, just got back from my haircut. I cut off about 10 inches and colored it (back to the original color). So far I'm liking it.

PrettyPalominowriteress Sorry for the BFNs today.

And I'm SO happy, guys! My HbA1C is 6.2%! That's the lowest I've ever been in the past 10 years. It feels so good to know all my hard work has paid off.
Sorry I'm just SO excited and I love to educate on Type 1 Diabetes stuff. Hopefully I can get some more great news on CD10!!

I am fortunate that I was diagnosed before it got too out of control and I'm able to do diet and exercise. Normally I am in the 5s, but I'm nervous because I've been pretty bad over that time. I hope the improvements I've made recently have helped. You're proof that hard work pays off

**TW** June 2016 had CP **end TW**
August 2016 - dx with DOR
Somewhere in here received recommendation to do IVF with donor eggs, elected not to; OH dx with Low T
May 2017 - began freezing sperm
June 2017 - OH began treatment for Low T

@Sparty18 I'm sorry for CD1! I hope you have all the wine tonight (if you're into that kind of thing)!
@thj101 Out of curiosity, how were you tracking O? My OPKs/CM align with my O, but I know others get multiple LH surges and/or patches of fertile CM. I've totally looked up symptoms and then thought I've had them too - you're not alone in that.
@houseofsetters Sorry about the BFN
@H4aPartyof5 Enjoy your haircut, I hope they do the whole scalp massage thing! I never get mine cut, but that's because I don't trust anyone with scissors near it after trying so hard to grow it out.
@Lecool That's awesome how you ended up in your current career! I originally wanted to go into journalism and was also on the school paper (loved it though), but looking back now I couldn't ever really be a reporter. Also, I stalked your chart, it's so pretty! Chart envy is real. Fx for you!
@ladystinson A falconry license sounds AWESOME. I didn't even know that was a thing. I will be googling that later.
@wineo929 First, your screen name makes me think we would be friends. Sorry about the temp drop and BFNs
@canavara Fx for your cycle doing what you want it to do!
@QueenDaenerysT It sounds like a good thing that your LP is getting longer, I hope you get some answers soon!
@nwegman7878 High five to someone else not temping in the TWW! I hope it eases the stress a bit. Your timing is just really impressive.
@KarliQ88 Fx for you when you test!
@HurricaneAmelia Sorry to hear about losing your mom
@leksiL I LOVE historical novels, any favorites?
@juliebeannn Fx for you! That's great that your temp went up.
@aliciabhen Sorry about the BFN, creepy internet hugs to you. I hope you have a great long weekend!
@TheJerilu Sorry to hear about the problem employee, that's so frustrating. I hope your day gets better!
@AMGreely That's awesome about your diet and exercise, I fell off the workout wagon and it's so hard to stick with it. Home updates sound fun, I hope your weekend goes well!
@NurseMarie9 Fx with the temp spike!
@PepperAT Sorry about the stress with going to the doctor, I totally get that way too. I hope the appointment goes well!
@slradske0626 Welcome! Your timing is still very good, so don't beat yourself up too much!
@khbear I think CD11 still looks good for O.
@l9i That's awesome about the consistent temps! Fx!
@felix08 Oooh have fun in Nashville! DH loved it when he visited.
@BecauseLove An Easter dinner buffet sounds amazing! Fx your continued testing goes well!
@babymish Sorry about the BFN
@PrettyPalomino Sorry about the BFN
@Buthayna Sorry today has been rough and about the possible CD1
@QueenSunscreen Sorry about the BFNs
I am now a risk manager for an outpatient psych facility, so it's a bit of both worlds.
then 3 failed IUIs, and finally a successful IVF FET.

I have always had very regular cycles. Never missed a period, never been late by more than 1 day. And I know you also can't track ovulation by symptoms, but on 3/15, my CM was thick (I guess that's how you would describe it?)

Trying for #2!!
Forgive me. But this is why I've started a Type 1 Diabetes journey-to-get-pregnant type blog, so other people don't feel completely defeated and destroyed when someone tells them their great control isn't good enough because they don't understand what being a Type 1 is like.

aliciabhen Frustrating about the BFN...FX the next few days! I am sorry it funked up your day..I sure hope your happy hour takes the edge off it all...or at least can be a distraction.

HurricaneAmelia needing to pee on things is a very valid reason! I suggest it actually...I test early and often...it actually kinda reduces my stress about it all to be honest.
H4aPartyof5 I love a good hair cut! Are you chatting in the chair or quiet. I am pretty content with being quite and playing on my phone or almost falling asleep lol. Hope you love the new hair cut!

@aliciabhen Sorry for the BFN and all the disappointment that brings. Hugs.
@PepperAT I hate going in for annual exams. Good luck!
@slradske0626 @hippiegirl884 Welcome!
@sugargirl1019 Congrats on the good test results!
@sldp123 @mrsdee15 Thanks for the CS! I am beyond anxious to test. We'll see what tomorrow's temp brings...Trying to hold out for Saturday though!
@BecauseLove haha We will see how patient I am tomorrow morning
