I generally don't approve of boy names on girls but there is something about Reese that I like and I love Jane as a MN. Marissa seems too much like a smoosh name even though it's legit and Blair/e is just boring to me.
I like Blair better than Marissa, but I think with a B last name, the alliteration is best avoided. I also think Marissa Kate flows better than Blair Nicole. Reese is NMS.

Hate Reese on a girl and while I do find Blair to be actually unisex I don't love it.
