@lizakate1213 I totally second the Gerber cloth diapers as burp cloths. Every other burp cloth sucked. If you have a spitter like mine, these are a lifesaver!
I also used a $10 stainless steel tiny garbage can for diapers and it works great!

We have a MacLaren Quest (good once your baby is a little older, maybe 6mos) and I love it. It moves really well, easy to collapse, and not too bulky or heavy. Honestly I pretty much exclusively wore my LO (either baby K'Tan or my Beco) before he could go in that stroller.
Car seats get heavy quickly. I wish I had a recommendation on a lightweight stroller that had good features. You may find that you prefer to babywear. I really like my umbrella stroller. It's very light weight and simple. Mine doesn't recline or hold a car seat but I think there are models that do.
