@Natinat6 that is so smart! My husband was way too excited. He made an announcement and I posted a picture of our reveal cake. That's really it. I don't post about my pregnancy or share sonogram pictures because I know some people are struggling with loss and infertility. I think once the baby is born I'm changing my setting so I only share photos with our immediate family. I completely agree with you on taking it to another level. There is a couple who would post videos of their baby projectile vomiting, pooping in the bathroom, really inappropriate things. Too much!!!!
@kellz14 Yes, yes and yes. One nurse told me at an appointment the same thing and I just nodded and said oh yea sure even though I had previously done a ton of research about what I could still keep doing as far as exercise was concerned (I was doing pilates, bootcamp, yoga and barre 4-5x a week and planned on keeping that up as much as possible!) I know my heart rate gets above 140- but like you mentioned, I feel great during and after and know when to back off a bit. I also met with a physical therapist at a regular appointment (I'm high risk) and he told me don't do squats, don't do yin yoga and don't stretch as much after class because of relaxin... ummmmm, thats a big fat no to all of the above. I'll listen to my body and modify when I need to but gimme a break...
FFFC: I didn't think DD's name fit her after she was born. I couldn't imagine her as anything else. She grew into her name. We had called her Little Baby since the pee stick, so I still called her Little Baby at the hospital. Took a few days for me to come around that her name was actually her name.
FFFC: @kellz14 and @PinkLady2015 I don't listen to the 140 BPM either... I'm still doing Crossfit and squatting with weight. I'm secretly hoping it will make labor easier and my doctor will let me birth in the squatting position..
I have dialed back on the amount I'm lifting and intensity and figured my body will tell me when I need to stop!

yup, I'm all about making my pelvic floor and core as strong as possible!!
@TattoosandLace - If I would've known how many people would mispronounce DD's name, I wouldn't have used it. We didn't announce it until after she was born and I was so used to thinking of her by that name and fallen in love with it. Now I just get annoyed... it's not a difficult name, but people with Southern accents add an extra letter in the pronunciation.
My FFFC: Husband and I have been sleeping in separate rooms for about 2 months now, because of his snoring and the fact that I need ALL THE SPACE these days. Told a coworker about it today and she was all like, "Oh, I'm sorry. That must be so hard to have to be separate!" and I nodded and smiled. My confession is that it's actually pretty effing great and I sleep like a baby. I love it!
It's Sawyer. People from the South (including my family members) pronounce it Sawl-yer. It's super annoying because that's not how they heard me say it... You (general) don't say "Sawl" nuts, you say soy nuts or milk or what have you. I can understand a little more if they see it written before hearing it and aren't related to me.
@Brittnic531 that would drive me crazy. I'm originally from NC, and I can totally hear people pronouncing it that way. Such a cute name, and so NOT difficult to pronounce correctly. Ugh.
@Brittnic531 I feel you on this one. Such an easy (and cute) name! My DD's name is Aria. Simple, right? People keep pronouncing it "Area" and it makes me want to smack them.

I love when my husband sleeps on the couch for some reason or is out of town. I hog the bed like crazy and it gives me so much room! I love it.
@kellz14 my OB told me the same and not to lift more than 15 pounds and I just smiled and nodded. I'm a personal trainer, Zumba instructor, and powerlifter, regularly squatting over 200 lbs and deadlifting 300 lbs. Yes I'm adjusting my weights, but no way I'm gonna stop working out or only lift 15 pounds! And my HR is definitely over 140 during Zumba but same as you, I feel awesome during and after, and can sing along to every song so I think I'm good Big thumbs up to staying active! It's only gonna help later.
HR going over 140 is okay but if it stays at 140 for a prolonged period of time, THAT IS DANGEROUS.
My my situation is different because i have a condition that causes tachychadia but the outcome is still the same. I was told that if I cannot drop my rate by laying down to head into the ER immediately because being high like that for a couple of hours (I was told 3) WILL put baby into distress. That was the cardiologist's lenient advice. My PCP told me to head right to the ER when it happens.

Sleeping in separate rooms is the sh*t! I moved out of our room when my husband came home from a trip sick. I haven't moved back in. We will hit two weeks of sleeping in separate rooms, on Wednesday. No regrets!
@rakel88 I love Zumba!! An instructor I used to take the class with taught until she was 8 months pregnant. Of course it depends on the individual, but that was encouraging!
That's crazy @BostonBaby1! Hope your HR continues to stay safe and normal!
