YAS. I hate when she introduces herself to my friends, "Hi, I'm XX and I'm a doctor". Eye roll. My husband always laughs and says "yeah, sure, a doctor of voodoo. Where did you go to med school again?". It's funny...she doesn't talk to me as much as she used to.

I don't care for coffee. I drank decaf before I was PG and then got turned off by the smell. Sometimes I think I only drank it to have something hot in the morning and it became an 'addiction'.
Also, I don't care for tea. Just not enough flavor.

I detest perky people in the mornings, if we were all meant to be perky at the butt crack of dawn there wouldn't be a need for coffee..seriously people just shut up and leave me alone for the rest of the day.

I got asked to make a competition dress for one of the skaters at my rink the other night. I had to turn them down for this competition, and I told them it's because between my many Drs appointments and that I'm already making 4 for this competition, i won't have time to make it exactly what the girl wants. In reality though, I don't want to make her a dress because she has reeeeeally bad body odor and it makes me gag. I feel bad about it, but seriously child. Go take a freaking shower!!
2. I got trapped in the bathroom this morning. A group of haggling geese came in while I was hanging out bumping and after a minute it became clear they weren't leaving and it had been too long for me to respectfully leave the stall. I hadn't even pooped, I was just doing the tiny pee wait tiny pee wait tiny pee dance. This went on for over ten minutes until they finally left.
3. I love raw potatoes. I freaked out my in laws by grabbing a few pieces (peeled, washed, quartered), before they could through them in the pot. The looks on their faces were so horrified and I didn't understand what was wrong, I was like but I always eat them raw?? They're now certain I'm a heathen who was starved as a child (mostly true). So after the recent posts, I want to make potatoes just to eat some raw.
I used to eat raw potatoes as a kid for snacks. My mom liked them too. Sometimes with just a little salt. I didn't realize till I was a teenager that not everyone ate them that way.
My confession: I'm a little embarrassed that we decided to send ds to a private school next year. I know people I associate with will think I'm a snob, and I'm embarrassed to say that bothers me. usually I don't really like private schools, but this place is an awesome progressive, alternative, school that incorporates outdoor exploration, minimal testing, and other things that are important to us and will specifically help ds and his learning needs. Lowered tuition offer and a few other things came into place for us to be able to send him. I know it's the right place, I'm excited about it, but I have not told many of our friends yet, and I dread doing it
On Monday, during the Bachelor...I had a small glass of wine *gasp!*. I also got my hair dyed and spent almost three hours in a hair salon yesterday *double gasp!*
Also, I judge anyone who's pants allow me to see the presence of rolls or butt creases or really anything. You don't want to see that on me and I don't want to see that on you!

I think my kids are total poop heads today. Since it has been snowing today I called my work and asked if they wanted me to come in (they didnt) seriously questioning that decision on my part now...
All the tater tot talk inspired my confession: My friend and I are really super into the Duggar and Bates families. Like, not in an obsessive stalker aren't-they-great way, but we are fascinated by them, and every few months we get together and binge-watch every Duggar and Bates show that has piled up in my DVR. And we have, honest to god, made recipes from the Duggar family website a couple of times. This "chicken etti," which is mostly made of poison but is horrifyingly tasty, and the infamous tater tot casserole, which we made with organic condensed soup so we could pretend there was something redeeming about it.
It was amazing. (And I promise you I'm telling the truth. I just admitted that I watch a TLC show about a family that systematically grooms its daughters for subjugation, so clearly I have no reason to lie about or be ashamed of anything.)
Oh my gosh @ahernandez16 until I read your comment I definitely thought of real geese. I absolutely hate them, they're evil! I used to work at Bob Evans and we had to hang signs that told people to not feed the geese because people kept taking the bread outside and feeding them and they would try to attack everyone. Also my FFFC: I kind of want a random stranger to touch my belly....I think it's because I want reassurance that I look pregnant to strangers and not just chunky still. Flame me, I know I deserve it!!!!
My FFFC is that I will not hesitate to bring the nurse out in medical situations where someone completely sucks. Like when you're waiting for important results, the doctor calls and you're at work and can't answer, then "leaves" the office for a mysterious amount of time. You're telling me his iPhone can't dial out? Give me a facking break.

That sounds like one of my worst nightmares.
Me too! I got hit in the face by a flying pigeon once, and it traumatized me. Geese are big and scary and honky! I am also afraid of large flocks of birds now. Confession: The grocery store closest to my house has a parking lot full of way too many grackels in the evenings, so when they are there I will go to the further away, more expensive store to avoid that shit.

We started dating the summer before freshman year of college, almost 12 years ago now! (But dh is a few years older than me, he waited a little to start college)
I'm glad I'm not the only one with poor bird experiences. My FFFC, I will move where I am sitting it birds take up residence in a tree above me because when I was 9, we were at Disney world and a bird pooped on my hand while I was eating chocolate chip ice cream. Bird poop and melted chocolate chip ice cream look shockingly similar. They do NOT taste the same. So yeah, no birds above my head anymore.

My confession: I'm a little embarrassed that we decided to send ds to a private school next year.
