Any ladies have success getting pregnant with hypothalamic amenorrhea? I am currently on follistim and have 4 good size follicles but my estrogen is still only 70

I have done 9 days of injections so far.

My dosage was 75iu for the first 4 days, I overstimulated and she drooped me to 37.5 iu. My ultrasound today showed a 20 mm follice, a 19mm, and 17mm follicles. But estrogen is still only 70

I'm on my first cycle of clomid, I did 5 days of 100mg and now doing 5 more days at 150mg. I have read success with doing two rounds of clomid in one cycle. I also stopped working out at the gym at the start of this cycle. I work in NYC so I walk to my office every day and am using that as my daily workout.

I have HA, but no success yet. My period was induced with estrogen/progesterone to start the testing. I don't see my doctor again for another few weeks, but am wondering if you have had to have your period restarted to actually start medication? I am hoping I don't have to do another month of the estrogen/progesterone before I can! I have cut back on exercise, but not stopped. It is so hard to do. I have gained 10 pounds even though my BMI is in a very healthy range and not on the lower end at all.

i have hypothalamic amenorrhea, and had one successful pregnancy from follistim&luveris, and 4 yrs later just had my 2nd beta come back more than doubled, just finished a menopur cycle (ending with 225iu- 3 vials per day) I cycled for a very long time each time, about 4 weeks of injections, took a long time for everything to be in sync, prior to the cycle I was on estrace, and after conception am still on estrace/progesterone through 1st tri, took me a while longer but it worked! @MrsNap_515, did you do timed intercourse? Congrats! I actually just had my best cycle yet. I was on 150 of menopur for only 6 days! The 7th day she had me not do anything because I was responding so fast. I have changed up my eating and have been eating more fats and running less. I triggered on Tuesday night with a 19mm, a 17.5, and a 17! My lining was 11! We did timed intercourse Tuesday night, wednesday night, and last night. Praying! How many follies did you have?

@Shopaholic42488 We also did timed, I had 2 20's, and 2 19's, so I triggered with 4, can't wait for 1st u/s to see what's in there, i go on 7/18! good luck!! when is your first beta?

@MrsNap_515 July 18 or 19! You give me hope! Did you do any lifestyle changes? Did you do anything special in your 2ww? I am trying to only walk and eat healthy fats. I gained 10lbs in 1 month! Maybe you have more than 1! Ahhhhhh we have to stay in contact!

good luck!!! it's a long wait, I didn't do anything special, just tried not to think about it, but my beta was on a tuesday, and by that friday I was already poas because I was impatient LOL

@MrsNap_515 how many dpo were you when you tested? i am 4dpo right now

@Shopaholic42488 I didn't start testing positive until 11-12 dpo....i had a bunch of internet cheapies, so I did test everyday to test the trigger and watch the trigger fade, so that way I knew if I saw lines again it would mean a positive
