DH ordered a little onesie to help with our eventual announcement! Also trying to work out more and eat better now.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions:
Rant: last night DH went to the gym. He came home after stopping at the grocery store and had bought me pears, plums, apples, blueberries, almonds and ice cream! It was super adorable he said he was trying to make sure I had lots of healthy snacks for baby H! I cried.
Symptoms: still getting pinching in my uterus. Morning sickness (no vomit yet though!), sore boobs.. The usual.
When is your next appointment:
monday to meet with my PCP for family history.
June 8 is our first US.

hmm this is a hard one! I may have to agree with Gilmore girls! Their town fascinates me.

What's new with baby (size, development):
Size of a blueberry! Still has a tail but is developing small digits that will become his or her fingers.
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby:
Thinking about announcement and nursery ideas.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions:
Sore breasts, nausea and a very sensitive gag reflex (cleaning my tongue while I brush my teeth has become an intense challenge!), but thankfully no throwing up. Some fatigue, although I'm getting over a cold so it's hard to tell if it's from the pregnancy or my cold.
When is your next appointment:
My very first appointment is in a little over 2 weeks, on March 30th. I'll be 9 weeks!

Some kind of travel show---I love exploring different parts of the world and learning about different cultures!

What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Nothing yet
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: I can smell EVERYTHING which is awful because I take the train to work. I swear, if someone has BO the next car over, it finds its way to my nose.
When is your next appointment: 3/25 ultrasound. I'm very excited to see what's what.
GTKY: If you had to live in one TV show, what would you pick? Definitely Broad City. I think we'd all have a good time together.

Week: 6 weeks
What's new with baby (size, development): Baby is the size of a sweet pea, I can't believe facial features are forming already, so exciting!
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: We are obsessively checking out new housing listings in the area we want to move to and getting ready to list our house for sale.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: I'm feeling pretty great so far. I was burpy and gassy last week but that has mostly subsided. My boobs are killing me and they are huge but I like the reminder that I'm pregnant. Instead of food tasting different to me like I've read some other ladies are experiencing, everything tastes like it should but extra good to me. It's so weird. Every apple I eat is the best apple ever, every piece of broccoli with hummus is amazing, etc. I hope this lasts!
When is your next appointment: Today. It's just a confirmation appointment with an exam and consultation but I'm excited anyway. Next appointment is an ultrasound on March 31st at 8w2d
GTKY: If you had to live in one TV show, what would you pick? I'm having a really hard time coming up with a show I would want to live in so I will just go with my favorite show. Mad Men. It's not an era I necessarily want to live in but I'd love to meet some of those characters

What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Zulily already has a hold on me. Such an addicting site.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: I have an awful cold. Everyday I go to bed thinking it's going to get better then next day and each day it's worse.
When is your next appointment: 3/23 I had to schedule with a genetic doctor to test for Zika. (very low chance of exposure but they aren't taking chances.) Every meeting with the geneticist also has an ultrasound so I get to see little one earlier then expected.
GTKY: If you had to live in one TV show, what would you pick? South Park...... Because they have a whole foods now.

What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: I told the people who are in charge of scheduling at work, so hopefully we can adjust my schedule little bit in these next few weeks so I'm dealing with morning sickness and other less pleasant symptoms. Also, H and I are contemplating a cross-country move, which is less prep for the baby and more prep for our general future, but baby number two is playing a big part in that planning.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: i'm a little nervous because I had awful morning sickness this past week. But then yesterday, I had a very small amount of brown spotting, and today suddenly my morning sickness seems a whole lot better? Still definitely there, and I know that spotting is normal this early in the game, I'm just a little antsy.
When is your next appointment: I had my phone intake this morning, and I have my first appointment and ultrasound next Tuesday
GTKY: If you had to live in one TV show, what would you pick? This is a tough one! Part of me wants to say how I Met your mother, because I love all of them want to be best friends in real life. But then another part of me wants to say survivor, because H and I have a secret dream of being on survivor together what day.

Nothing really, this is my 2nd so I will probably procrastinate more this time
