What is up with the bump tonight?

Anyone else having problems?  I try to read threads but it does not let me scroll.  I turns posts into invisible links related to a promo called the nuk which is some baby product or something.  I tried to click new discussion from another thread  or click anything really and it opens up a page about the nuk.  I can't finish reading threads or start  new ones depending upon which page I am on.  I cleared my cache and cookies, and temp int files and restarted my browser.  Still did not work.  Anyone else having similar problems?  I'm not sure if this is just the computer or the app too.  I'm on the computer but have not tried the phone app tonight.
