Hey ladies. New girl here. I think I posted a few times before a few years back, but DH and I took about a year and a half off from actively TTC. But now I'm back. No one in my circle can really identify with what I'm going through, so I'm looking for a place to hang and chat with other women/couples TTC. I've been lurking and this looks like an awesome group. Can't wait to get to know you all better. My siggy says a lot, but to add on, I live in Atlanta and work full time at a law firm. My husband Scott and I have two dogs, Simba and Nala. I suppose you can guess my favorite Disney movie.

Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see. Hebrews 11:1
Quick question, so your doctor thought 18mm was too small to trigger? My nurse was upset when I had an 18mm follicle at a CD11 u/s and was going to get the trigger shot in the mail the next day. In turn that made ME upset b/c I thought I'd be fine with that schedule. It's interesting/comforting to hear different opinions.

@omarismyhomeboy
thank you! Good news: dominant follicle was 21 mm today! Got the trigger shot, so lots of TI here we come!
On a less ideal note, I did get my PCOS diagnosis confirmed due to these two ultrasounds this week. Tech saw lots of smaller follicles in right ovary both times. Also My right ovary was 10cm and left was 17cm today! Apparently those are pretty enlarged? I haven't done a lot of research on that yet, any ideas?
Another good thing was all my CD3 labs came back great. But I also forgot to ask about the thickness of my lining. When I went on Monday they said it wasn't quite where they wanted it and today it completely slipped my mind. I need to start making a list and taking it with me.
One tip for you, based on my experience: On my third cycle, the nurse told me that there is evidence that Prometrium is helpful to women with PCOS who are taking Letrozole, so I supplemented with that during my last TWW. I don't want to add to any confusion, but maybe it is worth putting that on your list of questions? I feel like if something fairly simple can be done that might help, why not? (Which is why I was a little annoyed that it didn't come up till cycle #3. Not that I am a fan of the suppositories!)
