Im sorry if this topic has been discussed, but I looked and didn't see anything.
Baby girl is 6 weeks old and is a great sleeper - usually sleeps from 10:30-7, gets up to nurse and sleeps till 11am. Occasionally she'll get up around 4, but not too often. She's well past her birth weight, so I'm fine with letting her sleep through the night. All of this great sleeping happens in her RnP. We are trying to transition her to her crib and it's not going well.
Some it's our fault in that some days we just want to sleep, so we don't even try the crib. Im putting her in there for naps, but the kid hardly naps. She literally naps for like 20 mins at a time. If I'm putting away her laundry or cleaning her room, I'll put her in her crib. She doesn't really seem to mind it, sometimes she lays there and just talks to herself, so I let her, but never falls back to sleep.
At night, she either wakes up as soon as we put her down or about 5 minutes later. We swaddle, white noise, she's got a wedge...anyone else have any suggestions?!
