so I thought DD would take a bottle after trying the MAM bottle. She took it one day without a problem. Now she won't take it. I have tried the medela one, the Tommee tippee and the MAM bottle. DD doesn't take them. I'd like to go on a date with DH or be relaxed knowing she'd take a bottle without a fight.
Any other bottles I should try?
How did EBF moms get LO to take a bottle?
i feel trapped and have this feeling that DD won't ever take a bottle
Any help would be great
Re: EBF baby won't take bottle
ETA DS took Tommee Tippee with a size one. DD started with Dr Browns with a preemie nipple but now is on Avent Natural with a size 0 nipple.
Maybe it has to do with the nipples? I have friends who told me not to buy to many bottles or pacifiers until I knew what my baby would like. He was fine with both brands first try we never had to try anything else. But like I said I believe that is because he is super easy going and just goes with the flow.
I guess I would suggest having your Husband try feeding the bottle not you. And keep trying the different brands until baby is happy. I was also told that buy buy baby will take back bottles if baby doesn't like them. Which I was very surprised because bottles can be expensive.
Good luck!
My other three have all really liked the Playtex Drop-In bottles and took them on the first try.

I have tried every trick in the book to no avail. I've accepted that it's likely to never happen. My friend's daughter is 9 months old and won't take a bottle, so she drinks out of a sippy cup. Before that, when she was in daycare, she would go all day without eating and just eat all night.
I hope you have better luck than me!
