Raspy baby

We had our first immunizations two days ago and DS is crying A LOT which he doesn't do normally. As a result, he has a pretty raspy voice.
Can or should I do something against it or will it just pass? Any experiences?

    DS had this a lot, we used pain killers the doctor gave us because it sounded really sore and tried to settle him before he cried (not always possible of course)
    It's a rough situation because they need to rest their throat to heal but they need to communicate with us if they need something! It will pass though

    Baby Tylenol and snuggles, hopefully that can comfort DS to sleep. Sleep is the best help of all.
