Help! In-laws are visiting

Help me get through this week of crazy in laws with some advice, or just a great meme. 
Latest backstory:
Our lo's middle name is going to be Christine named after my grandmother whom I have a great bond with and love dearly. When I tried to tell my in laws what we were having they didn't pick up the phone, didn't reply to text messages but of course replied to our Facebook announcement. Fil posted about how her middle name is honoring HIS grandmother which is crazy because nowhere did we hint at that and my husband had never met her. 
They are coming to visit today for a WEEK and I don't know if I can keep my mouth shut. Plus, our first child's middle name is HIS name and honors him and his dad, so it's not like we don't share the wealth equally across families. 
He is a vegan, she talks non stop about health stuff, they take over our tv and watch things I don't want, and their 13yo son eats EVERYTHING in our house. I don't know if these pregnant hormones can take it

    I think I'll be pulling that one often @bananers and even though I work from home I'll be doing a good bit of "work called me in, darn"

    Just wanted to say with our first DS his middle name was after MY grandfather and my MIL was in the room when everyone asked what we named him. (My grandparents included) and she said oh after your late uncle to my DH and had a tear in her eye.. I was furious. I made sure my grandfather knew at a later date that it is entirely after him and no one even knows of this late uncle...

    With the food aspect, don't buy anything before they arrive. We tried that last time my SIL and her family came. I stress about making nice meals to not have them help at all. I was sick of it. DH suggested this and it helped. We shopped together after they arrived. 
    For the name, tell them you have changed your mind and pick a totally random name. They can go on and on but you'll know the happy truth.

    TTC since 3/2011 Adenomyosis, LPD, hypothyroidism. 
    BFP on 7/20/12 after 4 cycles Clomid + IUI 
    2 large subchorionic hematomas & no heartbeat at 7w6d   
    D&E 8/18/12 Sonohysterography found septum and necrotic tissue.   
    Hysteroscopy to remove both 10/5
    IUI #5-7 50mg Clomid + trigger = BFN  
    IUI #8 Femara + Bravelle + HCG + Progesterone = BFP 3/27/13
    Beta 1 (13dpo) = 169  Beta 2 (17dpo) = 1073  No heartbeat at 9w3d. 
    D & C 5/10/13  Triploidy 69 (paternal inherited)
    IVF #1 with ICSI and PGS 11R 8M 5F 2 biopsied/frozen
    PGS results = 1 with trisomy 13 & 1 good embryo for FET 
    FET #1 EV, estrace, nitro patches.  Cancelled due to thin lining
    FET #1.2 oral estrace, f'ing nitro patches and no delestrogen.  Transfer 12/31. BFN
    PAIF/SAIF welcome
    Surprise BFP on 6/13/14  Our only unmedicated bfp ever.
    Beta #1 339  Beta #2 649 44 hour doubling time
