19 or 20 weeks (recommended due date change at my Anatomy scan! Waiting to hear from my OB).
If 19, the size of an Adipose (from Dr. Who) or a Mango.
If 20, the size of a red swing line stapler.

Anatomy scan, we are team green. Baby looked good, but due date may change. Also announced on social media.

DH and I met in 2000 through a college club (medieval re-enactment/SCA). I gave him a ride to a camping event and he left his shoes in my trunk as a ploy to get to talk to me again. Started dating not long after. Got engaged after 6 months, married 6 months later... it was our 14th wedding anniversary this last week.
Anything baby related this week? I bought my first baby purchase today.. Carters had awesome deals online tofay!
Rants/raves/symptoms? So we went for an elective ultrasound to tell us the baby's gender on Wednesday. I made the comment of wow baby Looks so much bigger, there's not much wiggle room now! The tech told me that was because I was kinda low on amniotic fluid and needed to drink more. This wasn't at my doctors office so now I've been so worried that somethings wrong with baby! I'm drinking more but I really thought I was drinking enough, ugh.

Surprising our families by telling them it's a girl tomorrow. They don't know that we know. I can't wait!
Rants/raves/symptoms? It's getting really hard to stay on my side at night. I've always been a belly sleeper. I guess I need more pillows.
GTKY (stolen from one of the other tickers): When/how did you and your SO meet? We met 4 years ago. Introduced by his brother whom I worked with. We haven't gone a day without talking with each other since the first day we met. Been married a year and 4 months. Best time of my life!

Anything baby related this week? I started my progesterone shots this week (DS was born before 37w). Yowza does that thing hurt!
Rants/raves/symptoms? My varicose veins are ridiculous. I didn't have pain with DS until 6 months. I'm not even 4 months. I want to cry.

Anything baby related this week?
We found out it's a baby girl yesterday! We told DH's side yesterday and are telling mine today. Can't wait! Also we got so her on an ultrasound again. In the country we live in we have an appointment about once a month. They love doing ultrasounds here. So I've gotten to see her four times now which I know is unusual. I will go for another anatomy scan at 20 weeks.
Rants/raves/symptoms? I've been having really weird dreams. Some of them have made me blush but two have been really disturbing. Trying to not make too much of it. Other than that I've been feeling great! The second trimester has not disappointed.

We have known each other since we were kids because we grew up in the same church so we met there. But we didn't start dating until we left that church. Long story. Anyways, we've been together for over 11 years now.
Anything baby related this week? Found some maternity pants finally, and my belly has definitely popped out in the past week. Also just waiting for our anatomy scan at the end of March to know what we're having, longest wait ever!
Rants/raves/symptoms? I'm hungry all the time now, and I've developed an aversion to chicken. I love chicken but the sight of it alone grosses me out for some reason.

Just finishing up the nursery and waiting for the letters of his name to get here. I also have an appt with the midwife on Tuesday for my 16w appt.

We met in 7th grade (I hated his guts). We ended up going to senior prom together and the rest is history! We're now 26.
Anything baby related this week? Hoping to feel stronger flutters again soon.

Our families were bound to end up together in some way. His older brother and sister had engagements with two of my cousins that didn't work out when he and I were kids. We still laugh about it, but talk about being nervous when I met his family.

Rants/raves/symptoms? Headaches. I'm a little nervous to declare this out loud, but maybe the morning sickness is gone? I'm a little nervous to not take my medicine and find out I'm wrong.

Anything baby related this week? Nope, except a thyroid doctor appt to make sure my thyroid levels are good still for the pregnancy.

First week of college (almost 8 years ago), he lived across the hall from a friend I had made and so we all hung out one day. The friend pointed out we were both from the same town, and I just felt like he was the one right when I met him. I was right!

Anything baby related this week? I have a doctor's appointment this week, but it's one with no ultrasound so that's kind of a bummer.
Rants/raves/symptoms? Overall feeling pretty good because the nausea is long gone and my energy is way up from just a few weeks ago. But I'm starting to get the weird symptoms and ailments that pop up from time to time. Hairs growing where I don't want them. First belly stretch mark. Back pain that comes and goes. Stomach/digestive system that sometimes becomes possessed by demons.
GTKY (stolen from one of the other tickers): When/how did you and your SO meet? Technically, we met at a bar. What we usually tell people is that we were introduced through a mutual friend. Which isn't a lie -- but we were introduced by that friend at a bar where we both used to hang out often when we were younger.
Anything baby related this week? Midwife appointment on Wednesday: blood draw for final part of NT scan, preliminary results from first U/S. I'm mostly just focused on hearing a heartbeat.
Rants/raves/symptoms? Finally have some energy back, but sleep is either elusive or really deep.
