One of the girls on my bmb posted a link to this pregnancy weight gain calculator that tells you what your target weight range is as you go along. I thought I'd post it in case anyone else wants to keep tabs on things.
https://www.calculator.net/pregnancy-weight-gain-calculator.html Seeing this made me feel a little better about my expanding body and the road to recovery that lies ahead. It's nice to have reassurance that you're on track, or a warning if you're on your way to making recovery harder than it needs to be.
...With that being said, I'm excited to read the junk food thread I saw before posting this. The cravings thread is my favorite one on my bmb. I'm by no means eating perfectly, but I'm including healthy stuff and staying active. And the chart I posted just patted me on the head and said, "It's okay -- you're doing just fine."

@Goldsgirl9 I've also recently had to stop my higher-intensity workouts, at 27 weeks, because of too many BH contractions. I doubt it's dangerous, but it was making me very uncomfortable. I'm just walking, a lot, but it's not the same.

OTF = Orange Theory Fitness. I was totally hooked 5 weeks before getting pregnant. Dropped 15lbs and was actually running for the first time. The work out is basically interval training, cardio and weights, and you are competing against yourself which I love. It makes me push myself as hard as I possibly can. Definitely look it up and the theory behind it. Supposedly you continue burning calories for 24-48 hours after the work out. I love it!
@Goldsgirl9 I'm daunted by the idea of going to the gym while also working from home and taking care of an infant, but I think it will be really good for me, physically and mentally. My mom said she'll watch the baby. I just hope I have the energy for the workout!

P.S. I live in Florida, so the sun and heat make working out outside unpleasant.
