End of the road for me too

I hate seeing these posts and now I am having to post my own. Today's was our second US to confirm the heartrate for our 2nd embryo but discovered that both stopped growing and both hearts stopped beating. I can't believe we lost both our twins. I was prepared that one might not make it but never thought both would be lost. At this point, the doctor said it isn't chromosomal, it's not quality it's not my uterus, it's not blood clotting issues. For some reason, my body just keeps killing off our babies.

Unbelievably heartbroken and my husband and I already agreed this was our last go at trying to have kids.
