~Bunoven~

Can I ask WHY you threw Blondie under the bus?  Why did you tell me she was you?

First you hide behind an AE and then you try to blame it on someone else.  Lame.  Cowardish.

Please get some balls and step up.

It's a theory...but I have another one too.  I also don't know 100% if it is one person or a group.

I don't even know if I"ll get a response.  But I do know that whoever is Bunoven is a messed up individual who needs a reality check.

Someone is lying here.  And it's not Chalmette. K, seriously.  This is far-reaching. FAR REACHING.

And I know who bun is. I finally have the proof I needed.

it would bee funny if i had time for an AE....i pretty much only have time for my own sn ...i neglect work bc of it :) but how fun  would it be to have one!

oh and why is it funny that i responded to this? im glad i could humor you today though :)

  • Isn't there a way to track IP addresses? Two posters w/ the same IP address would be like an "Aha!" moment, no?

Brahim may have figured out part of blondie's secret. *shhhhhh!*

  • I used to be a networking specialist. You CANNOT prove that someone is an AE based upon that. First of all, most people use routers these days- especially if nesting at work. Many, many routers have the same default IP address. Second, most internet providers do not provide a static ip address... this means that anytime there is the slightest hiccup in your internet service you may get a new IP address. Unless you really, really know what you are doing and have studied this, you just can't prove it.

  • so for instance, A TCP/IP software engineering specialist would be able to get to the bottom of it?

yet people still block and ban certain sn's IP addys on other message board sites.

It depends on your knowledge. By simply looking at the IP address you just can't tell unless it's a static IP. But I could log in with 2 different screen names on 2 different pc's and you may not be able to tell 100%. US Robitics and Lynksys, for example, use many of the same IP addresses. A lot of software firewalls will also show a generic IP.

But there are ways...and trust me, ABM you already know a lot more than me..But let's just say I have intimate access to someone who does just this sort of thing for a living.

I don't think I'd ask him cause he'd ask me if my "internet friends" weren't playing nice, but I could swear we had a conversation a long time ago about this and said that they can find almost anyone almost anywhere...

  • lol BB - dh says the same thing... there is always a way to find someone. sometimes it just take a lot of work. and hacking probably lol
  • Oh absolutely... you can find out a lot about people if you know how to work around things. Plus there are people who are probably stupid enough to post on public message boards without any type of security on their systems. If your DH is an internet protocol specialist I have no doubt he can probably get an IP address... but he would have to be very, very knowledgeable and he would have to bypass routers to get the information. That, however, is hacking. Hacking=illegal.

I freaking hate computers by the way. That's why I work for an accounting firm now!
