Labial abscess

Has anyone had a labial abcess due to the moisture and medications we are all on. Unfortunately this is my second one and it's kind of painful. i will be calling dr tomorrow to see if they need to drain it or what. Last month it was a yeast infection from these meds I can't win. Ugh please tell me I'm not alone

    Ouch! I have not had experience with the abscess, but historically I have had recurrent yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis, I use the vaginal prebiotic Luvena-it was recommended by my ob (over the counter) and it helps to keep your normal bacterial flora down there, I use it weekly, might be something worth trying during your treatments to try and prevent future infections....sorry, like you need that with everything else your going through !

    I don't have the same thing, but I have had issues with asymptomatic bacterial vaginosis (so I have a bacterial infection, but couldn't feel it).  I cleared it up with antibiotics, and have been on a probiotic since then to help prevent it.  That might help maintain the proper flora.
    Me- 39 (turning 40 in April), TTC for the first time ever (since Jan 2015), low ovarian reserve
    Married 3/14/14 to my wonderful wife, but her sperm count is rather low
    TTC with frozen donor sperm and science

    7 IUIs, 7 BFNs.
    2 IVF attempts, both cancelled and converted to IUI, both BFNs.
    Decided that my tired old ovaries are ready to retire.
    Next step- reciprocal IVF, using my wife's eggs, my uterus!  
    fresh 5 day transfer (2 embryos) 4/17/17- BFP! 
    Identical twins "due" 1/2/17 (but anticipated arrival sometime December)

    Update had to get it lanced today I almost fainted and I got put on antibiotics
