Hungry all the time! Need Snack ideas!

So I tried searching for this topic but didn't find much. I was wonder what you all have for snacks throughout the day? I am constantly hungry and am getting sick of the same old snacks (and would like some healthier ideas). Anyone have some good snack ideas for the constant hunger from breastfeeding??

  • here are some of my faorite simple heathy snacks: veggies and hummus, string cheese, fresh fruit and raw nuts, naural peaut butter on whole grain mini-bagel, turkey/cheese roll-up, greek yogurt wi crushed pecans, cottage cheese with frozen berries, black beans and mozzerella microwaved on wole wheat tortilla, 
  • I just made a double batch of these, they are easy to mix up and a good quick snack. I use Agave instead of the honey.

    Peanut Butter Oat Balls 

    1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats

    1/2 cup flax seed meal

    1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

    1 cup creamy peanut butter

    1/4 cup honey

    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


    Add oats, flax seed meal, and mini chocolate chips to a large bowl. Stir to combine.

    Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Using a wooden soon or rubber spatula, stir until thoroughly combined. The mixture will be very thick.

    Shape the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls. Transfer the balls to an airtight container, separating each layer with wax paper. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
