I haven't tested. I tested a few days ago and bfn. My beta should be today but not going. My period is supposed to start on Sunday according to my calendar.

Well....... I tested last night again..... With those pg test strips from early pregnancy website... I tested twice last night, both had a very dark line on top and then a very faint line on the bottom... I showed my DH, he agreed a line is a line! This morning, I tested with the same brand.... No 2nd line....

Just ran to Target and got a Clear Blue Easy...... BFP!!!!!! OMG! Cannot believe it still! I'm VERY early, can't believe it showed up already! Was going to wait until Sunday, but was going to have a few drinks tonight and thought I should test. Glad I did!

My Dr. said I didn't need to go in for a beta check... I want to tho.... Do I just ask them if I can come in for one?

@Lin&say I tested this morning and it's a BFN. I will wait until I hear the beta results, but I'm not holding my breath. We just found out that DH's new insurance will pay $7,000 towards IVF which is exciting, but the coverage doesn't start until April 1st. We are still covered under his old insurance until then, so I think I will do the mock transfer to get that over with, GL to everyone else and I will be on the IVF boards from now on.

Congrats @rchef21 my beta was really because I believe I implanted late and AF was not supposed to come till tomorrow. Let us know if you get the beta done. Good luck

@Drove2u Are you 14dpiui today? I saw your post on the main board about beta timing. My office doesn't do a beta unless I turn a positive hpt on day 14. But I usually don't start for another 3-4 days after that. I think they do 14 days bc that's going to be the most accurate (and blood testing is more sensitive than a hpt). Hope that helps.

that's really great that you've got some IVF coverage though. At least that eases one burden through this sucky journey. Best of luck to you!

AF came on 3/3. Right on schedule. I can't do this anymore. I mean I'm happy for all of you that can get pregnant. My whole life has been a struggle and I've never been blessed with things others get blessed with. I'm apparently not healthy enough to have a child and it must not be in God's plan. So good luck to all of you. I hope you get what you are looking for.

@arbasham I'm so sorry that AF showed up. It's so easy to feel like it'll never happen and to just give up. My husband keeps telling me to "be positive" but it's hard to be when every month is just a letdown. But I hope you aren't giving up. Keep in mind the end goal of being a mommy and don't let this sucky journey deter you. Hopefully, you'll be able to see the BFPs on this board as hope that it can and will happen. Wishing you the best of luck in whatever decision you make going forward. ❤️

@arbasham don't give up it will happen. I gave up on this cycle and yes I got a positive beta but I'm still cautious. It only takes one sperm and one egg it will happen. It's a hard journey but it will be worth it. Stay strong and positive.

You all seem to be a lot healthier than me. I've been a diabetic for 20 years, overweight my entire life and had all of the severe symptoms of PCOS since age 11. None of my doctors will say anything about my blood sugar being too high but I know it is. I feel like my RE is just taking my money and giving me false hope. My regular endocrinologist isn't aggressive enough with my insulin so I've been to titrating it myself. I've been waiting weeks for an insulin pump and no one will return my calls. I don't have the finances to do IVF so that's out of the question. So I'm stuck in this terrible dark place.

I started today. I think we're going to take a much needed financial and emotional break this next month before we meet with the dr to discuss our next step.

Well my 2nd beta came back 0 so it's on to ivf I need a better guarantee I can't take this it really messes with my head

BIG HUGS @ultratomato I am so sorry IUI didn't work! Good luck on your IVF journey.

I met with my RE last week and we are going to be a little more aggressive with me with my age and low AMH. I have to take this month off, but next month, I will do one more round of IUI (husband's numbers are all really good and way above what they like to see) and she wants to give me another 2 months on all the herbs, meds and acupuncture to help with my numbers. After IUI #2 assuming it fails, my RE recommends IVF. DH and I really didn't think we wanted to go that far as my chances for IVF originally was at 10-15%, which is a lot of money for that low of a percentage. But after our last meeting my AMH level was higher than it was originally was and she gave me 40% assuming it doesn't drop significantly between now and May. So, to make my long story even longer, I am hoping we will be on that path together
