I just watched Grey's from this week and I was almost so excited to see Denny's stupid ghost go away... When Izzie asked if he was going to give her a birthday present and he said, "I think I just did," I thought he meant that he was going to leave her alone and let her be happy with Alex.  (YAY!)  ...But then he showed up again at the end!  Ugh!

I LOVED Denny and his original story line with Izzie, but I really think they've ruined him with the stupid ghost sex.  Poor, poor Denny.  I love you, but please GO AWAY!

    Yes, I'm sick of it. I wish they would get to the point of this storyline or just drop it if it doesn't really have a point.

    I just watched it Fri night too....gotta love DVR!  I agree, I liked Denny better when he was alive.  And it kinda creeps me out how what's-his-face (can't think of her current bfs name!!) was asking if he was there when he started kissing her.  I don't like how he brushed it off because maybe Izzie is really just reaching out to him because she wants his help to get over seeing Denny but he almost making fun of the hallucinations when asking if Denny is around and tell him I said hi and whatnot.  Grr. 

    And I loved the One Step program!  McSteamy and Calli are great together.  Funny.

    It's the WORST!  I thought it would be a quick... Izzy's losing her mind so they couldget off the show!  HORRIBLE story line!

     I do love McSteamy and Little Grey, though!

    I actually really loved they way Alex handled knowing about Denny though.  He IS dead afterall, and I thought it was refreshing to have Alex acknowledge that he's DEAD so he's clearly not a real-life threat to his relationship with Izzie.  I hope his perspective will make Izzie realize how silly it is to believe he is real.  I swear if they don't write him out in the next episode I may have to stop watching.

    I am ready for them to move on past that story line. I agree with pp it is kind of creepy how is always around watching everything.

    I like Izzy and Alex together so I hope they work this out before she f's it up. I heard a rumor that these hallucinations of hers are because of a brain tumor...

    The whole Denny thing is a brain condition that is going to be revealed in a few more episodes. It's basically pay back for Heigl who took her name out last year of the Emmy's and bashed the writers from the show for not giving her material worthy of Emmy Consideration. She's been a royal pain but instead of killing her of they thought they would give her a deadly storyline.

    Alex is looking like a sweetie though which took awhile... I'm seeing hope - the stories are getting a bit better but for awhile there it was really tanking. Denny can go any time now, I'm in total agreement.?

    I totally believe this storyline is due to the whole Emmy thing.  I can't believe the writers are being so f-ing petty about it.  I mean they made her revive a goat last season, FFS!  None of her work was Emmy-worthy and I'm glad she spoke up about it.  They better not kill her off.  She is my favorite character and I will stop watching if they get rid of her.

    I dont think its because of the Emmy thing.  I think people are really annoyed with the whole Denny ordeal, and it is hurting their ratings.  SHonda would not do that just to punish Heigl. 

    I dont know.  I just think the writers knew how much people loved Denny...and still talked about him way after he died...they wanted to try it out again...bring him back to try to help their ratings.  But...it backfired and is totally sucking.

     Anyways...SallySunrise...I totally agree with you.  They played a mean trick on us...making us believe he was leaving.  Boo.

     And Mark and Callie are my favorite part of the show right now.  They need to find a way to get that fire back into the rest of the show.
