Anyone use Costco (Kirkland) diapers?

Are they pretty good?

TIA!?

Re: Anyone use Costco (Kirkland) diapers?

  • I had no issues with them other than they are "crunchy" and noisy.

However, I just price compared last night, and kirkland was even more expensive than Pampers when you looked at the size 3 huge box. Target brand had the best prices, and I like those.

I actually looked at alot of costco prices last night, and they were far higher in ALOT of things... going to show that just because you're buying in bulk, does NOT mean you're getting a good deal. You're just getting 30 lbs of pickles. Seriously, I'm glad I didn't get a membership there.

  • We use them and have been very pleased with them.

  • We tried them for a while and got sever diaper rash from them (which he doesn't usually get).  So we're back to huggies.

  • When DS was newborn they leaked a lot, but so did every other diaper. Now we use them with no problem.
  • We love them!  We've found them to be soft enough (not as flimsy or paper-ie like Luvs, although not as soft as Pampers).  No leaks and no diaper rash with them.  (Huggies gave him aweful diaper rash.)
  • Just FYI, Costco online prices are not the same on diapers as in store. :) I think they account for shipping in those prices.
  • I hated them. They leaked far more than other brands, and they were often more expensive in-store. Costco often has sales on their Huggies which makes them $10 less than the Kirkland brand. (this is in Canada though).
  • We use them and like them.  No problems with leaking or being too noisy.  I think they are very similar to Huggies.  I don't know how the pp is figuring they're more expensive than Pampers- Kirkland works out to around $0.15/diaper.  If I buy Pampers at Target, I'm looking at about $0.22/diaper.
  • We use them and have no problems with them. They are cheaper in store than online. Their size 3 is listed online for $49.99 but in store they are $39.99 (I think). They were about the same price as the Huggies they carry at Costco. Sometimes they'll have $8 coupons at Costco for the Huggies if you buy diapers and wipes. We did that one time but now we still have a full box of wipes so it didn't make sense for us.
  • We loved them! They were wayyyyyyyyyyy cheaper than the Pampers we used.

However, that said, we found that Parents Choice diapers from Walmart are JUST as good and CHEAPER. :)
