All of your medical bills will go towards your deductible, so if you meet that at say, $3000, you'll owe anything above and beyond that, if applicable. For us, we owe 10% after our deductible (family is $3000), so once we meet that, we'll owe 10% on top of that, up to our max out of pocket of $10,000.
Thank you so much! I tried asking this question when I spoke with an insurance rep, however I couldn't quite make her understand what I was asking. Lol everything is so new, and unclear. I just want to make sure we have all of our ducks in a row, before miss Tinslee makes her grand appearance!
