Did it go to the girls?

Hi,

We are very newly pregnant with our second and just starting to discuss names. If the baby is a boy I would like to name him Quinn Daniel but while my husband likes it he is afraid Quinn is to much of a girls name at this point. What do you guys think, has Quinn crossed over to the girls side to much to be used for a boy?

I've heard it more on girls lately but I still recognize it as a boy name. Quincy is another aretnative

I think you can go either way with Quinn... But I think it looks more masculine with one N. You also could do Quinton NN Quin. I think Quinton Daniel sounds very nice.

It's still fairly high ranking for Boys, so if you love it, use it.

It may be ok to name him quinn, but when he gets older he may not feel the same with all the girls with the same name.
I still do not see the appeal.

I only know girl Quinns, I actually didn't even know it was a boy name. You could do Quinton/Quinten.

Same. I have never heard of a boy named Quinn! Quinton, or Quincy, with "Quin" as a nickname would be much more masculine.

I agree with this, especially if the trend as a girl's name continues to increase.
