Working on the nursery today. My husband is outside building some shelves and he started drawing a picture I wanted for over the crib. I ordered the mobile I've been eyeing but it's from Etsy so it will be a few weeks before it comes - until those things are done, the wall over the crib will be a little bare.
I'm inside trying to convince DD that the wolf stuffed animal has to stay in the baby's room. Good luck to me.
It is so exciting to see everyone's nurseries coming together! I love seeing all the various styles and details.
My mom took me nursery shopping yesterday. We scored 50% off wall decor at Hobby Lobby. The fox pillow and stuffed bear are from Target's new Pillowfort line. Have y'all seen that line? SO cute!

I loooove this! Looks like you have a beautiful sun filled room there. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous. Looks like it's from a magazine!
The shared toddler room/nursery is almost finished! DH has 1 more book ledge to hang beneath the others, and letters (pictured) to hang above the chair. Closet, door open:

I love the new line! It's very Land of Nod-ish. Cute stuff!
Ok ladies, advice time please. Probably more STM question than anything...when it comes arranging closet and dresser, what do you hang vs fold and put in drawers? Does anyone hang onesies? Currently I have that stuff folded but I don't know how practical it's going to be and if I'm going to manage to keep the drawers neat and tidy. Would love to hear how you guys have arranged things!
@ayeshaohara I hang shirts, sweaters, one pieces, and nicer onsies. I roll pants, pjs, and undershirt onsies. My changing table top drawer has pjs, undershirt/backup onsies, and extra diapers/wipes. Other clothes are in the closet.
I definitely wouldn't fight to get pants on hangers, but a lot of the other things are personal preference and also have to do with whether you have more drawer space or hanging space.
@kbrands7 thanks!! I must get into the rolling trick. I currently have too much space I think is the problem! Also what size range of stuff do you keep in your dresser drawers? Do do you just have like a 3 month range at once? I've been given a lot of second hand stuff so I have newborn to 12+ months already. I don't want to fill my dresser with 12 month stuff yet...so I've started a separate basket and put it on the shelf in the closet.
@ayeshaohara I only keep the current size in the drawers and closet. Right now that's 2t for DS and a few NB/mostly 3mo for DS2. Other sizes (next 2 up/next season) go in underbed storage washed and ready to go for when they're needed. Anything beyond that, or sizes that are outgrown, go into space bags and into attic storage.

Stuck in the quote box - but I am obsessed. I am so unbelievably lazy this go round, and have my toddler's room and the baby room. I have been ordering all day from target.com - I can't wait for my purchases to arrive!
So this is discouraging. Thankfully, now that framing was completed today, the drywall, electric, etc, should come together pretty quickly, but the whole nursery probably won't be done (including final touches) until I'm about 36/37 weeks, so I'm really hoping I don't go early.

@Anolt03 I love the paint colors! What color did you use for the room? I have been looking for something similar.
It was a gallon of paint that someone returned to Home Depot & we bought for just $9. All it says on the can is "wrong color" . It's a behr premium plus paint.. That's all I can tell you, sorry!!
