Omg, Rick and Michonne! I don't think we've had a new couple/hookup on this show for quite a while! I always kind of saw them as friends but this is good. Michonne has been a mother figure for Carl since Lori died so they'll be a nice little family unit.

Also, maybe this show has made me cold hearted but the entire time they were dealing with Paul/Jesus, I was just yelling at my TV, "why don't they just kill this guy!?" I'm glad Rick has sort of found his head again and is showing more compassion, but come on.

I so was waiting for the time Rick and Michonne where finally going to start a romance. I think they are a great couple together. Plus she is great with the kids.

When they found the box truck I was like okay guys head home and drop that off. Of course not though they had to go sink it in the water.

Now this Jesus character I'm intrigued to learn more about him but then again I too was like just kill him lol.

That Jesus character has me really suspicious. I feel like he's going to cause some chaos.

Was anyone else surprise by how quickly they moved the story line forward? Carl is okay, town is rebuilt. Everything is good.

I know how important Michonne has been to Rick, but was honestly surprised by the hook up. I think it was because it was so soon after that blonde girl died.

Also, hopefully Maggie's pregnancy/birth goes better than Lori's. I would be a little pissed if they made both women die from birth.

Uuuuugh my husband and I were both like NOOOOO and looked away from the screen when they kissed lol.....not a fan of Richonne.

Also, I'm pretty sure Jesus is going to become a good character, but only time will tell.

I was so frustrated with Rick & Daryl in last night's episode. When they found the truck of goodies, why couldn't they just split and have one drive the truck and the other drive the car they came in. When they decided to leave the car I knew something was going to happen.

And about this "Jesus" fella... do y'all think he's possibly part of Neegan's crew? Not sure what to think about him just yet. He shot that walker when he could have just shot Daryl, but he also stole their truck and put up one heck of a fight. Guess we'll just have to see.

I love this show!

Maybe I'm crazy but I don't like Rick and michonne. I think with Rick being so strong, he needs to be with someone strong but more of a follower. Lately, I felt like they were making Michonne stronger and potentially a threat to ricks leadership. Not sold!!

@MSUgrad12 Yeah I was super surprised how they moved the story forward so fast! But I was glad, because I was a little annoyed that the entire fall half-season basically took place over 2 days or so. TWD tends to take up a lot of show time with relatively little time passing. I think the viewer can fill in here what happened -- a big cleanup effort to get all the zombie bodies cleared out of the town, and Carl being nursed back to health.

@rikopy Not sure if Jesus is part of Neegan's crew, because it seems like he'd be armed and ruthless if he were, like the biker gang group.

And speaking of Neegan's crew, isn't it a little odd that Darryl and Rick are just going out on supply runs and not worried about him? You'd think they would know, after the governor, that killing off the biker group doesn't mean they eliminated the threat. They seem pretty carefree considering Neegan could be somewhere out there, and also they don't know for sure whether the Wolves have all been killed.

@Snaps816 I agree with you on how they moved the story forward. I always enjoy the episodes, but some more than others because some (like most of the Fall season) of the episodes seem to drag on and be a little slow since they're setting up the story. I'm glad we've actually made some progress here! And I'm glad they're still in Alexandria for now. I figured there was no way they'd be able to restore it after that huge zombie attack.

I'm kind of missing hardcore Rick, though.

See I like this because Rick already has two children to protect (even though Carl has grown up and is more independent), not to mention the responsibility of being the group's leader. I think it's good, if he's going to have a romantic partner, that it's someone who he knows can take care of business herself, not another person he'll have to watch out for all the time. Or, for once, someone who can have his back and ease his burden a bit. Jessie and her annoying son were just the last thing Rick needed to have on his plate! (RIP Jessie and annoying son)

Yey! TWD talk! LOL

I can't say I was completely surprised by the Rick/Michonne hook-up because they have become so close, but in that first scene with the toothpaste and how they said good-bye to each other it did raise an eyebrow. Then when they finally did get together I was like,

I'm glad, they both need a special someone after so long!

In regards to the Jesus/Paul character. I'm hoping he becomes a strong member of the team. He can obviously handle himself and the fact that Daryl and Rick saw that he wasn't actually trying to physically harm them says something in The Walking Dead universe. Plus, from the chatter that I've seen online, in the comic books he's a key character in helping them in the fight against Neegan.

Speaking of Neegan, is anyone else constantly on the edge of their seat waiting for him to make an appearance? I know he's going to be a big problem and I just hold my breath waiting. ***SPOILERS*** People that I know that have read the comic books say that he is the one responsible for Glen's death. So this is going to be a big one.

@Ceventa I really, really hope the writers will give us a scene showing the other group members finding out about Rick and Michonne hooking up. Even in the apocalypse, everyone loves some juicy gossip like that! I think it would be a great comedic material to show their reactions.

I agree, it would be great of Jesus turns out to be "good" and can join the team. They could use some new members with good survival skills. And his character was rather likeable, even though I kept yelling, "just kill this guy!" the entire time.

I'm totally wondering when Neegan will appear. I heard Jeffrey Dean Morgan is playing him. He is a big enough actor that you would think they'd want to give him some good screen time! I also couldn't believe Darryl and Rick were so relaxed cruising around on their supply run, after Darryl's run-in with Neegan's guys on the motorcycles.

Snaps816 Wait, I thought the bikers weren't really from Neegan's group, they were just being a-holes and posing. I mean, I know the dude who said he was Neegan wasn't really Neegan, but I don't think the group was even really affiliated with Neegan at all.

I don't know -- maybe they're not? Or I can imagine Darryl thinking that, that the leader of the biker gang was Neegan, so the threat is eliminated. Maybe that's why he's not worried about it now.

But as viewers, we know this Neegan guy is coming, so I'm on edge waiting for him to appear! I haven't read the comics but I've picked up through Talking Dead that Neegan is pretty bad.

Not sure how accurate IMDB is, but it says Jeffrey Dean Morgan is in only one episode of TWD in this season... so my guess is he won't make his appearance until some sort of a cliffhanger, oh sh!t season finale, and then he'll be out in full force next season.

I agree, I was also exasperated by how nonchalant Rick and Daryl were during the supply run, especially once they got that big truck which to me was a big flashing sign saying, ROB ME. So I don't know, maybe since Daryl knows the location where they ran into the bikers, perhaps they went a completely opposite way and that's why they weren't too worried. Plus since all of the bikers were killed, he probably wasn't too worried about it somehow tracking back to them. Don't know, but Neegan is coming.

Ceventa Yup, in the comics Negan is most definitely responsible for Glenn's death. However, I would hope that they wouldn't kill Glenn twice in one season - maybe they'll drag it out lol. However, Rick has one hand, Judith doesn't make it out of the prison, and a whole crap ton of other things that happened in the comics has not happened on the show or happened drastically different, so who the heck knows. Heck, Daryl isn't even a character in the comics!!!!!

Yes. Originally in the comics Lori doesn't die in child birth. She is shot and killed by the Governor while carrying Judith (thereby hitting Judith).

I don't know what to expect as far as them actually killing Glenn off.

Lurking from July because we don't have a TWD thread!! But omg to Richonne!! I love love love it... They are such a great match- I think they challenge each other and they both need someone that is mentally and physically strong. Michonne and Carl also have an amazing bond. I was watching it like holy shit this is happening!
Now if we can just get Daryl and Carol to get it on!
