Searching for the right doctors, hospitals with the best nicu's and specialists...any advice?

So I am trying to research best doctors for high risk pregnancies, best nicu in my area, best specialists should baby need them....and honestly am just not the best googler. Does anyone have any websites they recommend or suggestion on where to look? I am in richmond va but am assuming the sites would be similar for all of us....

Contact your insurance and tell them what you want. They can recommend what is in network for you as well as the ranking of the hospital etc.

Maybe start doing hospital visits. Many have specific days out of the week/month that get booked up pretty quickly.
