@BusinessWife That's cool about your cycle buddy. If you both really want to stay synced, there's some pseudo science (lol, not science) out there called lunaception. Even if you don't use it, it's still an interesting read. The 22nd is the full moon and only CD13 for me (normally I O around CD17) but I have O'd on that day before.
@Megsb510 I'm sorry you have a wake/funeral to attend. Suicide always baffles.
@BerkeBaby That's quite an awful week. I'm so sorry. I know it won't make it better but I really hope this is your month so you can have something good to say about it down the road. I'm glad your H has been such a good support system for you.
@nwegman7878 I'm glad your doc is so caring and proactive!
@thefamerswife0411 OMG! Your diamond! I've had a couple scares like that. It's like your heart stops and your stomach drops to your rectum. I'm glad he found it!
Month/Cycle: 2/2
CD10
WAYDTGKU: Temp, CM, CP, POAS OPK, Saliva OPK, extra folic acid, PNV+DHA gummies, Cal/Mag/Zinc, SAD lamp to increase FSH & LH, Guaifenesin. DH is taking multivitamin, folic acid & zinc. We plan to HIO 2-a-day in FW.
(For those that reported hating this section, maybe just keep a copy & paste in the notes app? Then update.)
R/R/CS: I'm debating starting OPKs today. The earliest I ever O'd was CD13 (typically CD16-18) after aggressive light therapy, which is what I'm doing now. If it weren't for the SAD lamp, I could probably wait until CD12 to start once-a-day testing. I'd rather play it safe. It isn't like I don't have 70 Wondfos laying around so I need to be stingy.
GTKY: Probably start moving all our formal living & dining room furniture to the garage in prep for the new floors going in since the weather is nice so I can park outside knowing we won't get a foot of snow soon. Sundays I always drag the kids out to one of our many membership places... I'm thinking the zoo. What I'm looking forward to the most though: CARDS AGAINST HUMANITY.
ETA @BusinessWife I just now saw it and LOL to your H story yesterday. Exactly, I think it's good to remind my H that just because he thinks he's the only speshul one that gets to do it, does not mean it doesn't look just comically ridiculous
Month/Cycle: 6/6

WAYDTGKU?: BBT, CM, PNV, OPKs, CBFM
R/R/CS: It could be a long 2 weeks with this CBFM, which is already telling me I'm at high fertility. In its defense, my OPK was darker than usual for this early on so we'll see. I am feeling hopeful for our timing and our role in playing the TTGP game this cycle. Woot life stability again and a new BBT.
GTKY - What are you doing this weekend? What are you most looking forward to? H and I are going on a hike up in another town and probably getting donuts from a local shop we've been wanting to try. It's been rainy most of the week and we're hoping the weather cooperates.

@BerkeBaby so sorry for your losses but glad they found your car!
@Megzb510 that's terrible about the loss of your coworker. So sorry.
@whiska that really stinks about possibly missing this cycle. That is so stressful.

waydtgku: forgot my thermometer so not temping so far this cycle.
R/R/CS: have been on a longer than usual break from TB since this cycle rolled over. Hopefully can start feeling positive again soon. Spent a week at Disney last week with all my adorable nieces and nephews and while it was a blast AF came and it was so devastating. Not that it's not devastating every cycle but it has been harder the last 2 cycles than before. Trying to get back into the swing of things here in a day or two but it will be Monday before I'm able to temp again since I don't have my thermometer.
GTKY: Sunday we are on our way home. Ready to get back to work. Never thought I'd say that...
@Megzb510 Your story this cycle is totally resonating with me. Ugh, that's so frustrating. I was hoping you'd be talking up temp rises today. O fake outs just suck. FWIW, I caught a surprise CD42 O by continuing to temp/track CM. FX for a quick, clear O or a quick CD1 for you! I'm so sorry for your coworker loss.

@GhanimaAtreides This! That is so funny that you mention it because I have just thought I was a little wacky, but I'll be darned if my cycles weren't lining up with the moon! The full moon pretty much marks the start of my FW this time, but I could swear I have been known to O earlier or later if it coincided more with the full moon. I want to read more on this, but I will say, this is one more example of why I want DH to get the dang tv out of the bedroom already! lol Thanks! :D
R/R/CS: DS has taken to caring for a stuffed dog like a baby. It needs to eat, go to the potty, have a blanket and get naps. It's the most adorable thing ever! My heart just swells with pride when I see him being so kind and gentle with his "baby". He also told a crying baby in Target yesterday, "don't worry baby, my mommy will help you". I gotta give this kid a sibling, pronto!
GTKY - What are you doing this weekend? What are you most looking forward to? H goes away skiing this weekend so DS and I are going to a really cool park by us with my brother and niece for a few hours. Probably just lounging and eating bad food since it's so much effort to cook for just myself. DS is super into Finding Nemo right now, so maybe we'll have a movie night at home.
@BerkeBaby What a relief they found your car! At least one thing is going a little better... <hugs>
@whiska I hear you on that frustration. I think all we can do is do what we can and hope for the best. I am hoping I O before our little roadtrip so the pressure's off and any hotel BDing can really just be for fun! Not looking forward to worrying about OPK's on the road At All... :/ But you know, two ladies got their BFP's last cycle with just -4 timing, and I can think of another lady with just one time at -2, so... sometimes your best will just have to be good enough, and sometimes that's all it takes! ;)
@BusinessWife- I love your positive attitude. When I grow up, I want to be just like you. DH and I have agreed the diet goes out the window tonight. We're just going to celebrate that they were able to find it and that, hopefully, we can just drive it out of the lot next week when it's released to us.
R/R/CS: I ate all the girl scout cookies yesterday And then instead of working out last night I had a beer and sat on the couch and watched Pride and Prejudice.
GTKY - What are you doing this weekend? What are you most looking forward to? We were supposed to go away this weekend but DH has been super stressed at work and will be working overtime tomorrow. It's ok though, I'd much rather have him not stressed. We're going to have a fancy dinner night tomorrow night to make up for it.

@thefarmerwife0411 - it might very well depend on if you're getting it cleaned/serviced regularly.
I just read some of the Brazilian waxing comments in the FFFC thread and then switched over here without switching context in my head.... Was wondering what such servicing entailed

I was bitching to DH about having to dig out my license because they have a stupid rule about seeing drivers licenses. Normally I have a gate opener that I wave in the window near the reader. DH says, "oh I just waved my thingy at him and he opened the gate". I just looked at him until he got onto my train of thought. Then we both lost it.
I know it's against the rules but I day-temped last cycle and it worked out pretty fab.
From 12:30-1:30 I lay down on the couch, chill, watch a dvr'd show or hang on TB/FB. Don't eat or drink, then temp at 1:30. A little rocky but consistent.
Doing the same thing this month. So I got today's temp not long ago. Seriously thought it was a fluke. I don't feel sick. Thermostat hasn't changed from 76. I'm already 99.2 an hour later, so fever and my chart is fucked. I know I'll drop the temp later, just had a delayed rant since I temp later than most.
bahahahaha @furbabymom2007@MrsDho11 and @thefarmerswife0411 these last few posts have cracked me up.
