Re: opinions needed please from you ladies !! please!!
Like your physician said, it is likely that you are having a longer than normal cycle which can be caused by delayed ovulation.

I had HG with DD, it felt like my insides were liquifying and trying to escape from my mouth. That didn't start till after I could turn a test positive though
What I learned from that is that "feeling pregnant" tells you absolutely nothing. You can "feel pregnant" and definitely not be pregnant. The other thing I learned was that you can never just assume at CD29 that you're late.
Basically what I'm saying OP is that yes I've been where you are. Ya know, minus having an ultrasound to confirm that I was definitely not pregnant. But more or less where you are. And it was just a long cycle. From everything you've said I'm going to agree with your doctor that you're definitely not pregnant at this time.
I'm going to suggest that you start temping and charting. Then at least if you have another cycle where you ovulate a lot later than normal for whatever reason you'll know that you ovulated later. Knowing that you ovulated later will give you some peace of mind because you'll know not to expect your period till later and you'll have a good idea of when you should test. Cycles are regular until they're not. Your cycle may have just decided it's done being regular. Or you may go back to having 28 cycles and this was just a weird fluke. You never know.

OP, PPs gave good advice. Read the pinned newbie threads, read the TCOYF book, and start learning about your body and how pregnancy really happens. I'm not even being sarcastic, it's much more complicated than I initially thought and though these boards are a great resource, users are focused on science and facts, not wishes and rainbow dreams.

Okay. That might be enough to properly convey my feelings.

Also, you don't need to request a blood test if you aren't getting positive home tests. Just keep taking home tests about once a week and if you go 60 days without a period or a positive test, then call your doctor again.

When I was pregnant before my loss, I actually did *feel" pregnant. My boobs felt like they were a thousand pounds and the fatigue was out of control. So... I tested and got a BFP. So, I do believe it's possible to ~sense~ you're pregnant.
However, if you've tested and even had an ultrasound and it's still negative...you're not pregnant. I kind of get the wishful thinking OP, but I think it's best if you accept that you may just be having a longer cycle this time around.
I had a week or so while on Nexplanon where I really "felt pregnant". My boobs got giant overnight, literally nearly a cup size. It was really painful and I was terrified that I was pregnant. I wasn't.
When I actually was pregnant, I only took a test because I was 13 DPO and I don't normally make it that long. I was sure that I was not pregnant and only even took a test because I take some meds that are contraindicated during pregnancy. I was having zero symptoms whatsoever. I was genuinely shocked when that second line came up. I didn't "feel pregnant" for a few more days.
Home pregnancy tests are very, very accurate. Really, pretty much just as accurate as a blood test. Let alone an ultrasound. That's a new one. You're probably going into one of your doc's "this one time I had this patient that... " stories. Check yourself because you're headed toward hysterical pregnancy crazyville.

And you say you wanted medical opinions, but you are ignoring what your doctor said??
you just want someone to say, "omg! That happened to me, but you're totes KTFU!"
Maybe we're a harsh smack of reality, but at least we aren't blowing smoke up your bum and making reality more difficult to accept.
