  • What does "feeling pregnant" feel like? I mean, I don't know what else to say. Regardless of how you feel, You had an ultrasound and there was nothing there so you are not currently pregnant.
    *TW* previous pregnancy mentioned

I had HG with DD, it felt like my insides were liquifying and trying to escape from my mouth.  That didn't start till after I could turn a test positive though

@WinchesterGirl - you either need quotes around the URLs, or to just use the magic paper button to insert the image using just the URL (not the img src= part or the < >

edit: it turns out "insert" and "instead" aren't the same word.  Who knew.

Of the past 6 months, when I think I'm pregnant...it's just PMS. You should really listen to your doctor and read Taking Charge of Your Fertility (TCOYF).
  • Ok, I'm genuinely concerned if she's been pregnant before. Like, what are we basing this "I feel pregnant" statement from? Because if it isn't prior experience, I'm REALLY curious to know.
  • ******TW previous pregnancy/loss mentioned******

When I was pregnant before my loss, I actually did *feel" pregnant. My boobs felt like they were a thousand pounds and the fatigue was out of control. So... I tested and got a BFP. So, I do believe it's possible to ~sense~ you're pregnant.

However, if you've tested and even had an ultrasound and it's still negative...you're not pregnant. I kind of get the wishful thinking OP, but I think it's best if you accept that you may just be having a longer cycle this time around.
  • *previous pregnancy mention*

I had a week or so while on Nexplanon where I really "felt pregnant". My boobs got giant overnight, literally nearly a cup size. It was really painful and I was terrified that I was pregnant. I wasn't.

When I actually was pregnant, I only took a test because I was 13 DPO and I don't normally make it that long. I was sure that I was not pregnant and only even took a test because I take some meds that are contraindicated during pregnancy. I was having zero symptoms whatsoever. I was genuinely shocked when that second line came up. I didn't "feel pregnant" for a few more days.

Home pregnancy tests are very, very accurate. Really, pretty much just as accurate as a blood test. Let alone an ultrasound. That's a new one. You're probably going into one of your doc's "this one time I had this patient that... " stories. Check yourself because you're headed toward hysterical pregnancy crazyville.

  • honestly ive never had so many rude comments before and im a nurse it is completely possible to have false negatives on urine tests i just was asking if anyone else has experienced it i personally know people who have.... just so you know people who have been pregnant with twins have had negative urine results!! btw ive been pregnant before!!
  • this is what i get for posting on a forum a bunch of ignorant answers seriously!! and ultrasounds are good but if its still really early they arent able to see the only reliable way to detect early pregnancy is with blood work and follow up in a few weeks with another ultrasound but hey this is what i get for posting somewhere with no medical opinions love it
