WAYDTGKU: all the things
R/R/CS: got my temp spike this morning so hopefully will get another two to confirm O. We failed to hio on O again (we've never managed it) as SO had pretty much worked out what was happening and after two attempt realised the stage fright was back.
I know it's the the most important day but as we have never managed it and I'm not pregnant I can't help but wonder if that's what we are missing.
GTKY: Do you have a fun/interesting hobby?
Hhhhmmm not so much anymore, I used to be into ice skating and took lessons but haven't done that for a while now. I don't know when I'd manage to squeeze a hobby in now.
TEAM: PINK!!
@babymish sorry your SO had some anxiety again. But I would agree that O day is not the most important day, I have read that it's actually not very likely to get pregnant on O day, so don't sweat it. Your chart looks great hitting the three days prior to (assumed) O.
Month/Cycle: 8/8
CD: 17
WAYDTGKU: Temping, OPKs, PNV, first round of Clomid + TI was this month
R/R/CS: Really hoping today is O day. I had a blazing +OPK yesterday at 3am so I'm thinking it should be. DS was up way too late last night (thanks to his dad letting him stay up until midnight the night before) so we didn't get to HIO until way past our usual old-people bedtimes. So we are exhausted and I don't know if it will happen tonight. Fx it won't matter. Also, I'm not sure if this is a rave or a rant, but my 7yo DS seems to have come down with baby fever since seeing his dad's baby over the weekend. Last night he was patting my belly asking if I'm going to have another baby sometime, which was adorable but also just, ugh.
GTKY: Do you have a fun/interesting hobby? Does binge watching Netflix count as a hobby? Other than that, we are huge baseball fans and go to around 25 games each season. Can't wait for April!

R/R/CS: annoyed to be on CD 25 with no temp shift. I'm pretty much at the point where any day that goes by, 3 more high temps would give that day CH. however, I've had negative OPKs since CD 12 (I didn't want to miss it in case my body decided to regulate and ovulate early). I have only O'd twice before and it was CD 23 and 31 so I guess I'm still in the game. I fricking hate these long mysterious cycles.
GTKY: Do you have a fun/interesting hobby? I am a nerd and decorate my Erin Condren Life Planner. It's both crafty and organizational so it's a pretty soothing hobby. My friend and I reserve a conference room at work and decorate on our lunches.

CM is all gone and my temp was rull low this morning so maybe I have O'ed?
GTKY: Do you have a fun/interesting hobby? Beer is a hobby! At least, it is the way I do it. Also I run mid-distances (10k to half-marathon) and lift heavy things.

R/R/CS: I haven't been feeling 100% the last few days (congestion, a bit of a post nasal drip), so my chart is ugly, I haven't gotten a positive OPK or a confirmation of O from FF yet. This is my first cycle charting so I'm starting to get a little frustrated, even though I know there's probably some sort of learning curve. But, I know I'm regular until I'm not so it's possible I'm having a longer cycle, so maybe I'll hit O by the end of the week. If anyone with a little more experience looking at chart has insights I'd appreciate it.

@babymish Sorry to hear about your SO's stage fright

babymish Sorry about the stage fright with your husband but I agree with sldp123, hitting O day isn't the most important. If you BD the few days before hand, you've done well.
sldp123 I'm sorry for the frustration. I completely understand the anxiety of little kids expecting you to be KU. My 5yo niece is obsessed with babies and Auntie so-and-so is having a baby so she keeps telling me that I'm having one too. It's bad, to the point of her making me show her pictures of newborns and watching the Daniel Tiger episode where his mom is having a cub. Love her to death but she's making me crazy. FX for O-day!
Megzb510 I'm sorry to hear about the long cycles. I can only imagine how frustrating that must be. At least you're still in the game and FX for O-day for you soon.

Based on previous charting, my average cycle length is 30 days with an 11 day LP. I've seen a lot of different opinions on when and how often to test for the best accuracy but I trust your experience. Also, I have the Wondofo test strips so there's plenty of them. Thanks in advance for your answers.

WAYDTGKU: crap timing and tracking CM on
R/R/CS: Made my piece with the utter fail that was my first cycle lol. ***Question: Due to the fact I experienced mittelschermz cramps and light spotting yesterday, do you guys think yesterday may have been my O day? (I unfortunately haven't been temping). I had a tiny bit of cramping earlier this morning, but other than that, nothing. Trying to decide whether to move on to TWW or not.
GTKY: Do you have a fun/interesting hobby?
Hm, I write and produce short films outside of my ~regular writing~. That's fun!
@babymish I agree with others that no need to worry about O day... FX that it is your O day!
@Megzb510 I feel you on the long cycles... I've been charting since coming off BCPs 6 months ago and I haven't ovulated or had a period naturally yet. I wish you the best and I hope your body O's soon for you!

R/R/CS: My temps are always so much more consistent when my husband is away so I'm hoping that I have a pretty chart this cycle... and I hope the pretty chart consists of ovulation! I caved and bought VIP for FF since the year was on sale. And then I went into a deep hole of other's charts.... but, I'm still glad that I got it.
GTKY: hmmm... I used to play soccer 5 days a week but then I had to move. Now I work longer hours so I suppose my hobby is lifting weights in the garage? ... Oh! I paint sometimes to relax. I'm not good, but I enjoy it

WAYDTGKU: officially all the things, as I started opks
R/R/CS: all opks have been negative so far - I'm doing just one per day in the afternoon, as that is the recommendation in the instructions. Today would normally be O day, so I guess we'll see how off things are this cycle.
GTKY: Do you have a fun/interesting hobby? Err, probably not. I like to read and crochet... Also we have backyard chickens, if that counts.
@babymish sorry for the O-day dilemma. I am just impressed you guys managed to hit all 3 days prior.
@nwegman7878, I am so sorry about your horse. I used to ride as a teenager and my horse was basically my BFF, so I am having all the feels on your behalf.
@lcsrva if your temps are still low, you are probably still waiting to O and the CM is likely to come back.

I am on 50 mg clomid from CD 3-7 and then trigger next week and hopefully IUI 2 days later (shooting for next Friday but it all depends on how my body responds).

GTKY: Do you have a fun/interesting hobby? I don't know how interesting it is but I can knit.
ETA: @babymish I'll echo others in saying not to sweat missing O day. You had really good timing this cycle - your SO did good, especially working through his issues! Try to stay positive and if I were you I'd make sure to let him know he did well. Hopefully this is your month, but if not, it wouldn't hurt to build up his confidence a bit. Good luck!
@Megzb510 Ugh, sorry for your long, irregular cycles. I know how frustrating they are.
@sldp123 - yes for baseball! We have a great minor league team locally and can't wait to bring DS to a few games this year!
@Megzb510 - I had an Erin Condren planner a few years ago and I loved it but keeping up with it gave me anxiety. FX for CH!
@lcsrva - yay for all the beer! Do you do cross fit? I love lifting but hate cardio. Trying to find something I really enjoy and failing. Any suggestions?
@MrsDramaK - the first month of temping can be a little frustrating. Last month was my first month. Now I'm empowered and love the scientific approach. Stick with it, i'm glad I did.
@nwegman7878 - I haven't used OPK's... Decided to wait until next month if I don't get a BFB this month. No advice here, sorry. Sorry to hear about your horse. I used to take riding lessons for fun and really enjoyed it.

@sldp123 that's awesome about going to baseball games. We used to go to a lot more but our MLB team has not done well lately! We will probably make it to 5-10 games this year, though just to offer our support

R/R/CS: Frustrated as I don't think I'll be able to nail down which day I O'd this month. It was either CD11 or CD13 and we have good timing either way, but I'd still like to know for tracking purposes. My LP varies between 12-14 days so that won't help me figure it out either. I either had a fallback rise or a false high this cycle and I could support either of those days as O day. Oh well. Hanging out here for one more day, if I put in a high temp for tomorrow it gives me dotted crosshairs on CD11.

Quite a few women at my gym have recently had babies, and did CrossFit throughout their pregnancies. Obviously, certain movements were a no-go and they reduced their intensity, but they just modified to whatever worked for them and their bodies.
Have you ever heard of the podcast Girls Gone WOD? Aside from being HILARIOUS, one of the hosts just had a baby a few months ago, and worked out all through her pregnancy. She is also a CFL1, and had a lot of good recommendations about modifying movements and WODs for pregnancy. They've talked a lot over the last year about CrossFitting while pregnant, and gave a lot of advice, recommendations, etc. It had a lot of good info, and is also really entertaining to listen to.

It's my favorite podcast! The hosts are so funny, and it's great to listen to normal women talking about CrossFit, rather than listening to elite athletes talk about it. It's a lot more relatable! I've been at it for about three years, although my first year was at an unaccredited gym, so it was more CrossFit inspired than actual CrossFit. It's the first fitness type thing I've ever been interested in and been able to keep up. I actually started when I was very overweight, and have lost 115 pounds since starting. I love the measured improvement. I couldn't even do a single sit up when I started.
It's definitely a good distraction from TTC. And a good way to get out frustration over the BFNs for sure.

R/R/CS: just trotting along. I usually work both jobs Tuesday's/Wednesday's which makes for long days and no time for BD but next week is my projected FW and I made sure to take off my 2nd job both nights to ensure better timing.
GTKY: Do you have a fun/interesting hobby? Not really. The only hobbies I have are running and reading - neither of which i have had time for recently but I did start running again this week so there's that

I had the strangest cycle last month. Longest cycle ever, most days spotting before AF, and only 2 days of AF. Hoping this cycle isn't so wonky
GTKY: Do you have a fun/interesting hobby?
Not really interesting, but I love crafting. I do all kinds of crafting.

WAYDTGKU: CM, BBT, OPK, CBFM, PNV
R/R/CS: I'm still unpacking (read: sorting through my stuff that I haven't seen since I lived overseas & packing up Goodwill boxes) while H works this week. I cannot wait to be done with this part of the move and to get ready to go back to work.
GTKY: Do you have a fun/interesting hobby? I am such a dabbler and I love quick projects. I love chunky crochet/knitting, calligraphy, and H got me a ukelele for Christmas. I have a pretty good playlist of songs to work on. @ShallowSeas woot fellow calligrapher! Are you an ink/nib calligrapher?

R/R/CS: Feeling very peaceful and happy and hopeful today, and wondering why it's such a sharp contrast with Saturday when I couldn't stop crying. I get so unbelievably depressed during the tww... I need to figure out how to better manage all those emotions.

I love trivia so I go to bar/pub trivia, both regular and music.

@sldp123 Hope to see you in the TWW soon! And awww to your DS! At least you know he'll be super excited whenever it does happen.
@megzb510 I'm sorry about your long cycles! I envy all the people who actually O on cd14.
@lcsrva Yay for delays!
@MrsDramaK I know it's so hard to be patient! Your chart link didn't work for me, mind uploading a screenshot?
@nwegman7878 FF has a stoplight thingy on its interpretation page and I start using OPKs when it tells me to. I usually O on cd18 so it tells me to start on cd14. This month I got antsy and started on cd12. My mentality with wondfos is that they're so cheap, whenever I start feeling curious, I start using them. My first few months I had to test two times a day to get a positive, so keep that in mind when the lines start getting darker.
@shallowseas I want to learn calligraphy so badly!
@writeress Hmmm.. could be O day? Do you normally get mid-cycle spotting?
@mokay19 VIP FF is amazing. Enjoy!
@WinchesterGirl fx for a positive opk soon!
@teamginger13 Excited for you for IUI!
@anj27 I am also in the crossing my fingers stage! Hope to see you in TWW very soon!
@DiFazette I am feeling old and tired too. I think the winter also makes me hibernate.
@beary67 I have not heard of Vitamin E for that but I'm hoping it brings you relief!
@khbear My temps are super erratic and crazy but in the end I still can see a temp shift. I hope that's true fo ryou as well!
@lecool I always get a dip before O, you might be O'ing today? I'd continue hio. I know that's probably not what you want to hear
@murray1030 Binge watching tv is definitely my most skilled hobby! I wish I was also crafty and could make wreaths.
@sparty18 At least your timing was good either way! FX for another high temp tomorrow morning for you!
@Zoey1019 Your description of crossfit almost made me want to drink the kool-aid! Cross-fit is so intimidating to me. I did get super into running and love competing against myself.
@gonetothesea My H went through that this cycle. All of the resulting emotions were hard for us to work through. My fingers are crossed for you!
@EML2011 Hoping your DS feels better soon! There are so many bugs going around!
@mrsdee15 Hope to see you in TWW soon!
@TrulyBlessed22 My H goes out of town 2 - 3 weeks of the month for business so I feel your pain with yours going on a trip. FX for you to O soon!
@Marley629 Preseed! I bought some, DH hated it. Said it was gooey and cold. Does your SO have any reservations about it?
@bender29 FX for a regular cycle for you this month!
@virginiaham Oh my god, you have so many hobbies! Care to ship any talent my way?
@houseofsetters Love that you rescue dogs! Hope to see you in TWW very soon!
@whiska I get super depressed during my period. This ttc thing is no joke on the emotions front. Glad you're feeling peaceful!!!

WAYDTGKU: b6, pnvs, cm, temping.
R/R/CS: Temp is getting higher today so I'm off to the TWW. I do have a question though- is a slow rise post-o something to worry about? I don't get a huge temp spike some months, instead my temp increases by like a third of a degree each day.
GTKY: Do you have a fun/interesting hobby?
Reading, running and can instagram be a hobby?

R/R/CS: Starting to get darker lines on my Wondfo OPKs. I hoping that this month I'll actually get a true positive, which is probably wishful thinking - I've used OPKs for four months and have only gotten one undeniable positive.
GTKY: I show dogs as a hobby, though I haven't been to a show in several months. I rode horses (English Pleasure) growing up, which I really miss.
