@BusinessWife He's actually pretty handy and was a manager for a couple years at HD and even took their flooring class. It's irritating that he knows so much even though his knowledge is dated. Like he didn't think you could install laminate on stairs, so I pulled up a couple YouTube videos to show him he was wrong. I have no doubts about the basic stuff, it's the working around all the tricky areas that I worry about. In the end, I don't think it's anything we can't master with a little research. Plus we can tackle bits at a time if we do it ourselves. With an install it has to be a price where it's worth it to not do it yourself. $7k just isn't worth avoiding the hassle of DIY. I'll definitely try to get a few more quotes though!
@MrsDho11 I feel this way to, but this cycle I'm actually doing it. I've manage to get through the first two days using hot chocolate instead of alcohol. I would love to say it's totally the same but you know it's not. It helps that DH barely drinks a drop.
also I'm now putting in The Winter Soldier because of your sig.
@PennStateCait I can see your confusion. On one hand the pattern looks like you ovulated but I get that your thermometer changed over right before the change of pattern and those temps do seem a little low for post O. I think you're doing the right thing still HIO. Hope you see a spike soon!
@khbear117 - well, now I want to watch it. Maybe I'll go get some non alcoholic chocolate first.
@babymish - ugh. Something tells me that the place that also has really high reviews but doesn't even list the prices on their website probably isn't going to be any cheaper.

@khbear117 - I feel like expounding upon the reasons I love that scene.
Cap is clearly uncomfortable with the kissing idea.
Being uncomfortable is impractical, so Natasha kisses him anyway.
Then she gives him shit about his skill. (Right after he tells her to take her feet off the dashboard and she smirks at him like, "fine, I'll do what you want, but you're going to pay for it.")
The fact that Natasha's snark is followed by my favorite Cap line of all time, "I'm 95. I'm not dead."

WAYDTGKU: Not much right now. Waiting for AF to go. I kind of think the PNV I take is making me sick... might have to go back only taking it at night.
R/R/CS: AF is doing this really crappy start-stop business that's never happened to me before. It stopped mid day yesterday and returned late morning today. My period is usually like 7-8 days (including spotting) so I knew this wasn't the end. It's just bizarre and annoying. Does anyone know what causes this? I've seen this question get asked around here before, but I'm not sure if I've ever seen/noticed a response besides "bodies are weird".
I was supposed to go shopping for new work clothes for my new job today, but I feel sick and bloated and haven't gotten out of pajamas today. DH and I have dinner reservations (for Valentine's day), so I guess I'll suck it up and go.
GTKY: If you could work for yourself, doing anything you wanted (even if you don't currently have the skill for it) what would it be? Oh I have so many "fantasy" jobs. Movie makeup is definitely #1 (I'm obsessed with Face Off on SyFy), tattooing, dog training, house flipping, own a non-profit no-kill dog rescue, and of course winning the lottery and just generally doing nothing! lol.
WAYDTGKU: BBT, CM, CP, BD, OPKs, Prenatal, Aspirin Regiment
R/R/CS: Just excited to jump back into this cycle. TMI, but hopefully BD tonight, just for fun. Much needed stress relief after these past few months. Plus we've officially been cleared so no protection necessary. DH will be happy.
GTKY: If you could work for yourself, doing anything you wanted (even if you dont currently have the skill for it) what would it be? If I could afford to, DH and I would want to open an animal sanctuary for dogs and cats. (OK so DH isn't sold on the whole cats part). But we both have bleeding hearts and would love to at least foster in the future, if not run a rescue.
CD: 1.. But I started spotting on the 10th not sure if I count those days. Big glass of wine today, ok two.. and chocolates.
WAYDTGKU: Coitus, general observation of CM, ISO an app to track O, currently using iPeriod.
R/R/CS: Enjoying my wine with AF.
GTKY: If you could work for yourself, doing anything you wanted (even if you dont currently have the skill for it) what would it be? I would own an art/craft studio open to artists & the public, it would be glorious & I'd be truly living a dream.

@LoulieFace I think you'll find the consensus here for tracking O is Fertility Friend because we like to temp and FF is the most accurate app for that. I used Ovia and FF for a while and while Ovia is prettier, I usually agreed with FF and I liked all the features of FF more. FF is free, but I have the VIP annual subscription which makes it even more amazing.

Re: WTO Saturday
@khbear117 Doing the same thing today, girl. PJs, couch, fatty foods, bad TV and hiding if the doorbell rings. It makes for a great Saturday, I think.

Hope you can locate a lower priced acupuncture if you decide to do it.
