My mom gave it to me as the baby's first gift the week after she found out we were expecting.

How are you feeling? slowly but surely feeling better. Still exhausted all of the time but the nausea is appearing only at night.
Rants/Raves/Randoms? went to the lab today for routine bloodwork (iron, glucose, etc.) and realized I brought the wrong order (brought the old progesterone one). Had to go all the way home. At least they didn't do the draw! I would've looked like a drug addict by the time they were done ha.
GTKY: What was your favorite childhood book? I really loved "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" but was kinda bummed when I watched the movie!
How are you feeling? Very tired, boobs very sore, waves of nausea and bad heartburn. Could be worse!
Rants/Raves/Randoms? I'm just wondering about the heartburn, as it's not something I have experience with. For the last few days, starting right at about 5 pm I get horrible heartburn mixed with nausea. GTKY: What was your favorite childhood book? Hmmm I really loved anything by Shel Silverstein, The Giving Tree was my favorite by him. Can't wait to give my little ones his books! I just think they always had such great messages, TGT especially.

Rants/Raves/Randoms? Found out yesterday that we are having twins. TWINS. They couldn't see a membrane between them which can apparently be problematic so we have to go back in two weeks. The early ultrasound I asked for to calm my anxiety has had the exact opposite effect. Omg.
GTKY: What was your favorite childhood book? I loved the Saddle Club series. Obsessed.
@SLou24my husband used to get terrible heartburn. He now drinks water with lemons in it. After a day or so the horrible heartburn went away. I'd try that if the tums aren't working. For some reason the lemon water was helping his heartburn when the tums weren't.
How big is baby? A prune.... really?, they couldn't find a cuter thing for week 10?...lol
How are you feeling? pretty good actually aside from the bloat. The bloat is bad.
Rants/Raves/Randoms? had my first OB appointment yesterday, was hoping for a scan or heartbeat check or anything to confirm things are going okay but nothing. Just have to wait another 2weeks for my first us so not too far away.
GTKY: What was your favorite childhood book? I couldn't think of anything until The BFG popped into my head by Roald Dahl. Then I found the fear street books by R.L. Stine that I couldn't stop reading.
@Katie8687I was obsessed with the BSC Series and loved the movies!!! A few years ago my girlfriends and I had 'childhood night' where we watched old movies from our childhood. The Babysitter Club Movie was one of them....let me tell you ...it's not as good when you're older. There's some seriously bad acting and we couldn't sit through the whole thing lol. But I still loved the books!
Just popping in even though I'm in the Tuesday club to spy on everyone. @SLou24- if Tums aren't working, maybe try adjusting your diet and see if you can prevent some of it from coming on? Acidic foods like anything tomato-based can be a real culprit, chocolate can be bad (I never thought I'd utter those words), coffee, citrus fruits. Also try wearing looser fit clothing (easier said than done right?) and try to stay upright as much as you can!
@LakeR2014 I'm just waiting for the movie and series to be on Netflix! My mom had signed me up for a BSC book of the month club so I'd get a new BSC book in the mail once a month. Best. Day(s). Ever.
How big is baby? a raspberry (which now sounds really tasty...)
How are you feeling? Tired. Hungry. Nauseous. Not always in that order, but tired is always first.
Rants/Raves/Randoms? I picked up a stomach bug from work so now I'm also sick At least that means I get to sleep instead of going to work. Does anyone have any tips for the bloat? I have actually lost a bit of weight (.5 lbs, so not a ton) from being nauseous all the time, but my belly is bigger and rounder from bloat and it is kind of painful sometimes. Also, pregnancy brain seems to be real. I am so spacey lately, probably from being tired all the time.

How big is baby? Kumquat, prune, Lego man or, my favorite, a petit four
How are you feeling? So incredibly nauseous still. The past week has been the worst for MS. I've gotten sick every day and I literally slept all day yesterday just so I could not feel nauseous. It's so bad and gross, if I didn't sleep so much, I'd be throwing up all the time. Oh and the acne... ugh! I look like a teenager!
Rants/Raves/Randoms? I'm so happy to be at 10 weeks. I honestly can't believe I'm here. I can't believe I'm nearing the end of the first tri and things are still going well!
GTKY: What was your favorite childhood book? My favorites were spanish books, one was a book I got from my mom just before she left called "My goodnight book" and the other was the first book I ever read. It was about a little boy that had a new baby sister and he hated how much she cried when she was teething, it was sweet in the end.
@SLou24 heartburn is the worst. I've struggled with it for years and PP is right. Citrus, tomatoes, chocolate and all that good stuff will make it worse. For some people, yogurt and milk makes it better while it has the opposite effect on others. I'd also stay away from carbonated drinks and fruit juices later in the day.

Oh and I am so moody. The littlest things upset me. Like last night I saved my leftovers for lunch today and DH asked me if my stepdaughter could eat it for dinner. I instantly got upset. Like NO I want that for my lunch because it is delicious and I will not share! It is embarrassing now but he didn't make me give up my food so I am grateful because it was DELICIOUS!

@AlwaysAuntNeverMom thank you for that!! I have never heard of papaya as being settling but I will definitely try that out. One thing I have noticed that takes the edge off a little bit is a bit of yogurt, funny how it helps some people but not others.
@COmama87 no but I haven't had my first appt yet! And I'm one of those weirdos who kind of tries to avoid doctors/medication if I can, for no particular reason at all. Although if it keeps up pretty bad I will definitely bring it up when I go in in a couple weeks!

Good point, although I believe it's the opposite (unripe papaya). Maybe papaya might not be such a good idea TBH. I know many women who eat it while pregnant where I'm from but, after reading online I probably won't risk it.
Rants/raves/randoms: It's becoming more real every day, but still feels so hard to believe I'm really pregnant. Oh - and I'm so bloated that I bought my first pair of maternity pants today! At just seven weeks! OK, I guess that's a lot of symptoms...
