still negative test

I have tested several times now and I get negative but still no period... And lots of symptoms. Like head ache, tired ,tender breast and nausea, And lots of pee. last menstrual December, calculator says am due Oct 3 if baby is in the oven. Hoping it's my last and only son is now five years old and am not getting any younger....I keep it posted.PS for my first son I don't get a positive till 6 and half weeks and now would be the 6th so just waiting a little more time for a re test.

A negative HPT means not pregnant. And PMS symptoms frequently mimic early pregnancy symptoms. Also, are you temping to confirm ovulation to know that you are indeed late instead of ovulating later this cycle?

  • Also, it sounds like you don't know when you ovulated.

  • Do you possibly have PCOS? Or have you recently drastically changed your diet?
In early 2014 I stopped working out really hard and taking energy supplements because we were TTC but it threw my cycle off like crazy for 6 months.
Best of luck if you are actively TTC, but it sounds like you may need to visit you OBGYN for some advice on tracking you cycle and preparing yourself for pregnancy.
  • Maybe go get a beta blood test from your doctor? Sounds frustrating and hope you get some answers soon.

    From the TOU:

    "PLEASE DON'T...

    • Ask if we think you are pregnant or post pictures of your pregnancy test to the boards. While The Bump Community is a great place to give and receive support, only your medical professionals can confirm a pregnancy or diagnose issues. *(Please note that the  “What does a positive pregnancy test look like?” thread is the only thread where members are permitted to post pictures of pregnancy tests.) "

If pee sticks were allowed on forums here, that's all we'd see. Nobody here can diagnose a pregnancy, so this is not the place to ask. There are plenty of other forums where one can post as many pee stick pictures they want and get all the warm, fuzzy, "I totes see the invisible line!" responses they desire. Thankfully, the Bump decided to cut down on the crazy and not allow them.

Because you peed on it and no one wants to see something you peed on. There are many SS forums where it is perfectly acceptable to share pee sticks.

This is not one of them.
