Exhausted + stuck at home with a sick 3 year old :/

Hi everyone! 

We've got two littles - a 7 year old and a 3 year old. I've always stayed at home with them, and once they hit about 2 and a half, staying at home all the time is almost torture :). So we're always out doing things. But the fact that it's winter makes it harder to get out and we usually spend our non-preschool days going to the gym so I can get some quiet time and a little exercise and he can burn off some energy himself! 

But. we just realized he has pink eye. Ugh. So now we've missed a preschool morning and I'm looking at a full week at home with him. I know you stay-at-home moms (especially with little boys) know why I may be freaking out a bit. I'm not going to take him out anywhere because obviously we don't want to spread the germs. But at 10+ weeks I am ex.haus.ted. I have zero energy. And if we're home, the couch just calls my name. 

Any ideas for easy fun things we can do at home tomorrow morning? I'm totally zapped and out of ideas.

    My almost 2yr old loves to color in a box. By sitting in the box he can't color all over things he shouldn't be drawing on but he gets to color all over the place (I'm not sure if that quite makes sense..). Do you have any large cardboard boxes he can draw on?

    We just moved last year so we have a zillion boxes in the basement! Great idea! :)
