Ive had a cold or allergies for the past week or so, and today I've sneezed about 10 different times.
Which means I've also peed on myself 10 times. I'm losing it. Ha! I just want to be able to cough or sneeze without effecting my bladder! Lol sorry I'm sure that's TMI for everyone. Never had this issue until Late pregnancy with DD. Seriously week 15 and I can't even control it.

@searchingforameaning lol I don't think there are enough Kegals to fix this one! Just kidding, there probably is. I do them here and there. But this may need to be a priority at this point!

Ugh, my son destroyed my pelvic floor so I'm snissing a lot earlier this time too. Hell, I'vebeen snissing even non- pregnant since my son. I feel your pain.

Yup I am having this issue to. Must be a second time mom thing. It does not happen every time I sneeze thank goodness, but still annoying.

Sneezing, coughing, laughing, bending over, most daily activities involve peeing oneself lol. I blame a lot of it on the fact I just gave birth 9 1/2 months ago so my body didn't have time to strengthen the bladder and all those muscles back up.
