30 days of spotting....

So I got my first period that lasted about 10 days when LO was 6 weeks old. A couple weeks later, I got a IUD inserted and started spotting about a week after that. Then it seemed that my period started - cramps, heavier bleeding, etc. Now I've been spotting since then... it's been 30 days! I'm dying over here! Anyone else have a long PP period or similar experience with IUD?

    I got the arm implant dec 30 and started spotting soon after for about 3 week, stopped for 4 days and spotting again. It's so annoying!!! My doctor did warn me this could happen but since I don't have bad periods I figured it wouldn't. :( he also mentioned that if I am on it for a long time they can give me something to stop the bleeding but I haven't looked into that.

    Hello! S15 lurker over here lol. I was originally O15 but LO was born 4 weeks early. Anyway I have been having the same problem with my IUD, spotting here and there. I called my doctor and he said it was normal but it is still annoying.

    I got the arm implant and a low dose pill(to go control bleeding since you can bleed for 6-9 MONTHS with nexplanon) But they will only do it for like 3 months to help stabilize hormones while your body gets used to the implant. But I'm nearing the end of my 3 months and have been spotting for a couple weeks. I hope it doesn't get worse when I stop it.
    But if you have the implant and want to see if a low does pill works for you to help normalize things, it's definitely an option out there! Not sure about iud.
