Enough with the pineapple juice and spicy food and long walks and other oldwives tales, I just want to know the facts. So I found this site that calculates what the chances are you might be going into labor TODAY
https://spacefem.com/pregnant/daily.php?use=EDD&m=2&d=11&y=16. For instance, my due date is February 11th. If you would have asked a few months ago what the chances are that I go into spontaneous labor today, it would have been 3.5%. But since I'm obviously still very much pregnant, the chance is 4.7%. Hmm, still pretty low right? OK, there is a 15.6% chance of a baby in the coming three days. And there is a 39% chance that I'll have the baby in 7 days.
Wait, what the hell? So the chance that I have the baby in 7 days is actually smaller than the chance that I don't have the baby in the coming 7 days.

Enough with the facts, I don't like them very much, back to the oldwives tales and the pineapple juice.
Re: What are the chances you go into labor today?
6.7% chance you will have the baby today (although contractions have been coming since 11am every 25-30min picking up in intensity fingers crossed)
20.8% chance you will have the baby in the next 3 days
34.7% chance you will have the baby in the next 5 days
48% chance you will have the baby in the next 7 days
I am keeping my fingers crossed for you!
