Nothing sounds good to me either it's horrible! These last 2 days have been the worst. I'm eating soup, saltines, bananas and cereal. Ugh! Hoping this passes soon!
Eggs! All I want are eggs, sunny side up, cooked in butter...with some toast. I think I've been eating 3-4 eggs in some way, shape, or form over the past week!!! Also, just thinking about cheese makes me sick...
I've found that ginger tea really works effectively for any nausea I'm having...which has slowly been getting worse over the past couple days.
Ok.. who do I have to blame around here? On Saturday I went grocery shopping and came home with chips (my own fault) BAGEL BITES.. hmm? who was it? and PB M&Ms... which I will argue are far superior to any other M&M variety.
You all got in my head. Who wants the extra pound on the scale.. I'll gladly give it to whoever put these thoughts in my head.
The Bagel Bites were AWESOME. As are the PB M&Ms, still working on those.
I hate yogurt, but for some reason it's ALL I wanted. I got a Chobani flip that has peanut butter pieces and I have bought 4 more. They are amazing. Try things you haven't previously liked. I used to drink coffee daily, now the smell makes me gag!
It's 10pm and I'm watching the Iowa Caucus come in... And I just had to have a bowl of progresso Italian wedding soup. And half a croissant. Ahhhh it tasted like heaven. My belly will sleep happy tonight! And I think tomorrow I'm going out to buy 16 more cans of that soup!!

@Thscary UGH, me too! Was on a low-carb, minimal sugar diet and had dropped to a desired weight and fitness and all of that has literally gone out of the window. I'm scarfing down carbs like nobody's business right now.
Today's menu: Chicken and waffles, a taco, one slice of Lil Ceasars pep pizza. I'm trying to avoid cravings with flavor diversity. Plus it keeps the fridge clean
Anything sweet. Chocolate and peanut butter! I'm usually a VERY healthy eater but it's so hard right now I'm hungry all the time and my go to healthy snacks do not sound appealing at all.
I'm not really having any specific cravings at this point but I want ALL THE SALT. Goldfish have saved me the past couple days, I'm thinking I need to turn to pickles to avoid the addiction that is cheesy crackers.
Definitely craving tons of carbs, and mostly bland foods, and sometimes sweets. Cereal (kix!), plain rice, teddy grahams, apple sauce, and ginger ale have all been helping me out. I'm definitely craving foods I liked as a kid! No chicken noodle soup though, ugh. The thought of it grosses me out.
I was trying to eat tons of greens early on but as soon as I hit 6 weeks boom, greens sound disgusting. I bought some Naked Green Machines to try and sneak in the greens (but if I read the ingredients on the label I want to gag!), which is so weird because I usually love greens and have tried to cut back on sugar and carbs to be healthy. Sometimes at night I can tolerate cooked veggies.
I'm giving myself a pass while I try and make it through this first trimester (I had a MC last pregnancy and am grateful for any symptoms that might mean baby is doing okay! Fortunately no throwing up yet!)!
I'm in the same boat. Nothing sounds good to me. I haven't had any morning sickness but I don't have any kind of appetite. Before I was pregnant I was eating very healthy, lots of salad, veggies and fruit. Now, all of that stuff turns my stomach. The only thing I want is junk, but that's only during the day. The past few nights I've skipped dinner because I'm not hungry. I'm not sure what to do.
The past few days I've been craving oranges like Crazy!! I bought some really delicious ones this weekend-- today I ate one and it was so good, as I was eating the last piece I got irrationally sad because it was all gone.
i am inhaling taco bell...i haven't eaten taco bell in YEARS!! and i got a beef burrito with just meat, cheese, and sour cream...and a chicken quesadilla...so far it's amazing...but at the same time i feel so bad eating taco bell
I found dark chocolate covered prunes. My life is complete... well, almost. I still need McD's fries... but hey, at least I found a yummier way to get prunes in!
I can definitely relate. I've always been a foodie and I haven't had an appetite the last few weeks. Eating has become a chore. The only things I've been able to keep down are simple turkey sandwiches, pickles, banana chips and sour fruits like pineapple and granny smith apples. So that's all I've been eating on a daily basis. Don't worry about what you can eat, as long as there's something in your tummy you'll be okay.
With ds had major aversions to meat, and couldn't stomach much else till around noon until almost 5 months in. This one I have been eating all the things, except tomatoes, they give me really bad acid reflux. I've been particularly into grapes, pickles, and pineapple. Also all the meat possible. Yesterday I had a pastrami cheese burger and it was the most amazing thing ever! The only bad part is I'm still nauseous all the time. Last time toast with peanut butter and banana was my go to food, and I usually kept it down.

I thought last week i was finally headed into the clear with this nausea...but then it hit me hard again over the weekend (and still now)
I felt like a mix between a child and a college kid, eating microwaved bagel bites... ok ok, INHALING them. But it was so rewarding.
