Hi ladies,
Anytime I wear a thong DH tells me that isn't "mom-like". I don't understand why because I didn't stop being a woman just because I got pregnant. Anyone else dealing with this because I am about to have an outburst that I don't want to have to regret later?
Any advice will do. Sorry in advance if this has been posted already!
Re: Double standards/NBR
Seriously though, whaaaat. Man. Wear what you like. Unless you're going out in just the thong, who cares?
Moms cans still be sexy! Hello!
Mama to Three Girls:
Twins born March 2014 at 26 weeks due to preterm labor
and our 37weeker born May 9th, 2016!
@Knottie66236605 Hopefully your H was just joking. Otherwise, no offense, but he sounds like a judgmental, sexist asshat! It's none of his business what kind of underwear you choose to wear, and if he can't still find you "sexy" now that you are going to be a mom, that's his problem, not yours.
I have been known to go commando when I wear a maxi skirt this pregnancy because its freakin' hot out and underwear can be annoying! I can't remember what snissing is other than having to do with pee . . . I can honestly say I haven't had any pee issues at all.
OP -- I can't imagine any man I know saying that! I'm very passive aggressive, so if my H ever said that to me I would either start wearing crotchless panties or theeeee biggest, ugliest pair of granny panties that have ever existed.
Heck, I'm wearing more thongs now than before I was pregnant. The VS lacey ones fit so nicely under my bump and they're good and stretchy.
...but yeah can't say those clothes speak to my sense of style, either. No thanks. Morticia Addams was a mom, that's good enough for me.
