  • @cmillar36 The crappy sleep has been a problem of mine too lately. I just can't seem to get comfortable at night. I hope it gets better for you soon!

@Kballew10 I am so nervous about daycare. H and I are still on the fence about what we want to do there. Kudos to you for getting signed up already!

Edited to add: Enjoy the fat pants ;) My maternity leggings were one of the best purchases I've made so far!
  • @junebabyjoy Hugs to you <3 It's great that you have a good support system in your DH! We'll be thinking of you.

@NicknShan I'll definitely share the progress pics with you guys! I love DIY projects, and this way we don't have to shell out money for a brand new changing table. Also, I've seen your HDBD pics...you look like a goddess too :)
  • @Kballew10 I wish. I live in Southern Manitoba we've had snow since middle of November which is normal for us. Been a mild winter here though.

why can't I work a multiple tag. So sleepy apparently.

mrsschmitty and NicknShan glad I'm not alone. Seems no one in my house got any including husband and kids.
  • @mrsschmity - I have maternity leggings (which are the BEST), but there isn't anywhere in town that sells maternity pants, so I had to wait.  I'm not patient.

@junebabyjoy - I hope you hear back soon! The waiting must be awful!  I'm glad that your H is being incredible!

@NicknShan - You may not feel beautiful, but I'm sure that everybody else sees you that way!  Your HDBD pic was adorable and not enormous at all!

@BakerBird525 - Yes, that is a fabulous reason for cake!  Congrats to your SIL!

  • @DeePaddy24 Yay for finding out the sex!! So exciting! All of you guys finding out the sex are making it hard for me being team green lol
  • @DeePaddy24 yay! Congrats on a good scan and your little boy!
  • @NicknShan: Does the trim have polyurethane on it? If yes, scuff the glossy surface first with a medium grade steel wool or fine sanding block, wipe down and vacuum dust, tape edges (unless you're also painting walls and ceiling, since if found its easiest to paint trim first), paint with semi-gloss enamel paint. As I recall, we didn't sand our varnished trim when we painted a couple of years ago, and got a couple of rips in the paint when we pulled tape. Just touched them up, but that's largely avoided by sanding for a grippier surface. Also, I think we used Behr Ultra semi-gloss with paint + primer. It's a water-based paint, and worked fine over the varnish. Have fun!
Also, I second everyone who said your HDBD pics are always gorgeous! I understand what you mean about struggling with body changes. My skin is horrific, and that's been one change that's hard for me to deal with.

@DeePaddy24: Congrats! Glad your appt went well, and how exciting you're having a baby boy!

@mkemommy: Woohoo for hiring plumbers! Hope construction goes well!

Yay for all the ladies shopping and with fun weekend plans!
  • @Emztron500 have you tried sleeping with a pillow between your knees? My OB also said to try and avoid/adapt anything that separates the knees too far. I.e. When getting out of a car, swing both legs around rather than throwing one out.

@NicknShan agree with Emz. I left mine on, taped, and definitely use a good primer.

@SGoldberg247 glad your dog is doing better, even though he's gassy.

@DeePaddy24@ahernandez16 Congrats on your baby boys!

    @mkemommyglad you found a plumber!

@adiaz132003 hope you feel better soon!

  • @ahernandez16: Congratulations on having a boy, and a new car
  • @mkemommy Thank you :) I started with a 36C/D, I'm now overly uncomfortable in a 36DD, yesterday I wore a 38F and it was the first day that I didn't need to rip my bra off the moment I got home from work. I think I'm struggling because I lost about 25 pounds over the last 4 years (I've never been overweight per-say but I def. benefited from losing that weight) and now its all coming back, obviously its for a great reason!! But its still hard to get used to and not to feel the frumpy, uncomfortable I felt before losing the weight. I appreciate the support!!

  • @Sgoldberg247 : Yikes! Glad that it is something easily treatable and hope he feels better soon! Dogs will seriously eat anything it seems. I know someone whose dog ate a whole pound of raw hamburger that was defrosting on the counter AND the packaging! And I mistakenly left a stick of butter too close to the edge and it was gone and most of the wrapper.

@junebabyjoy : Thinking of you and your LO. So glad you have a supportive hubby.

@adiaz132003 : Ugh, hope you feel better soon!! I wish I had some tips you haven't tried. Umm...have you tried those little nose inhaler things? I'm honestly not sure where you get them or what they're called (real helpful, I know!). They look like a tube of chapstick. DH always had them and they somewhat work. I'm sure they are safe, but may want to check.

@mkemommy : Have fun at the baby shower and GL with the bathroom remodel and crib!

@DeePaddy24 : Congrats on the baby BOY and glad the a/s went well! Have fun with the reveal tonight!

@MrsAlliKat : Hope you feel better soon! Did your dog just start that behavior all of a sudden? That's great you got her back to sleeping through the night. It's so hard to resist them when they are whining. Crate training was the hardest!

@crdo : Have fun at BRU!

Definitely not caving here either! Team Green for lyyyyfe. Really though, it's our last baby and I want the delivery room experience.

And @mrsschmity I just assume it because, you know, law of averages. H would be thrilled! He really wants another girl.
