That is not a "birth story" thread. It is the thread where everyone posts basic stats and the LINK to their story. The threads people create individually are where others can offer congratulations instead of clouding up the main CHATTER FREE thread. I'm excited for the crazy. It's better than 50 people asking the same questions about their dilation, mucus plug and contractions a day. Bring on the baby posts!
Um, the birth thread is chatter free. Momma's are actually encouraged to post announcement threads. Plus, aren't you new to this board anyway? Most of us have been active since like first tri, and the ones who haven't don't go around throwing out orders.
Plus, all three ladies that have posted in the last day have been actives for as long as I can remember (and I've been here since June). I'm more than happy to ogle over their babes, and then ones I don't care about I will happily pass over. I would hope that I would at least get my one moment of AW on the board considering how far we've come together.

I know, so exciting!!! I can't believe we're all almost there! When I see the stories of people I recognize, it's actually as exciting as if I knew them IRL. My birth pal @MaybeMab is having her little one today! So everyone send good vibes her way!!
I guess you didn't look at that thread yet, because the "directions" say to create your story and post your link and to keep it completely chapter free. Very clear directions!

Really?!?! I can't skip ANY baby posts. They are ALL so cute. ❤️

If you're a baby hater then you probably will, otherwise I am sure I will too!! Especially since I'm not due til 2/13 and LO doesn't seem like she is going to come a day sooner. I will have plenty of free time, plus I love to read the labor stories!

I feel like being pregnant for basically ten months and going through all the craziness entitles you to one AW thread once you get that baby out of you. I mean really. If you deserve an AW post for anything, it's this!
@VitaLuna LOVE IT! Lol I've waited for this post since I was shamed on a previous post about low amniotic fluid, "Yall need water!" Getting induced in 7 hours from now for it.

Drinking an extra glass of two of water didn't fix it?? best of luck with your induction!

I've been on since 5 week when it was dead...it's just a lot of posts. It would be easier to read all the stories in one thread.

Which is why the announcement is posted in the birth story thread. You click that magical back button after reading the first link posted, it takes you back to that thread, then you can click on the next link posted, etc

Oh I looked at your history. Not an active poster and clearly not good at following directions. Nice try though.

Fortunately, you don't make that decision. And throwing a thread tantrum in retaliation?

2. There were 2 tantrum threads.
Actually, there were three!
Pardon the long quote tree, but yeah, three threads later and I have reported all of them lol. I haven't been peeved enough to report anything in so long and normally just look past it, but this is so petty.
Oooh I didn't realize this one was still open. Hey, whoever posted the Home Alone gif - I love you. I've never seen that one before. It was the best part of my day.

Welcome!!! I just typed waving bye in giphy and it was an immediate winner
I'm loving the birth stories myself! I'm not due until February 27th and it's been such a joy already to read different birth stories and seeing the pics It's helping with my impatience!
