I'll definitely feeling less stressed this time--though I am stil anxious to get to that first appointment. 10 days to go! I'll stay away from the no-no's again. And I'd like to do a better job of watching my diet. I'm okay with weight gain--gained a ton last time and it turns out about half of it was water. But chasing a toddler and wanting to be as active as possible throughout the pregnancy and after has me wanting to be a bit more cautious about my diet and more proactive about getting regular excercise.
I'm just going with the flow this time. Last time I was so uptight and worried about everything. This time I'm just embracing whatever happens. Also in sleeping more this time. Ahh sleep....
I'm not completely abstaining from caffeine like I did last time. As long as I stay under 200 mg a day I'm happy.
I'm watching my weight more lately. It was hard to work off the first time and I never got rid of the last 6 lbs. I'm avoiding sugar as much as possible.
I'm NOT doing weekly bump photos. It was exhausting and I'd stress about it every week. I've decided (in LMP) to do weeks 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, etc because those are specific milestones for me personally. I just did my first one 3 weeks - 6 weeks LMP this week. I think it will be a more drastic change to see differences from 3 weeks.
I will be revising my birth plan to include details of how I want the c section to go. I completely avoided collecting anyone's c section stories as I assumed it wouldn't be helpful at all - I was going intervention free, completely natural, up until that last U.S. that showed I still had placenta prévia at 37 weeks. I was clueless about everything c section related.
I will be starting to pump within that first hour in the recovery room. Going two days without my son latching or without pumping almost eliminated my changes to produce any milk (that combined with my previous breast reduction). I still think I could have been able to produce more.
Good luck!

I envy all of you that are less worried and more laid back this time. I hoped that I would be, but I'm not. The worry is bad enough that I completely changed my mind about having more children in the future because I don't like feeling like this.
@camichael84I'm sorry to hear you're enduring the worry of pregnancy! Not that it helps at all but it may just be hormonal. Honestly, I made no conscious decisions to be 'less stressed' this time around - it just happened. After knowing how I feel now, and looking back on my first trimester with DD, I definitely think hormones were to blame. My level of anxiety was not normal and it made first tri with her SO ROUGH! If it is hormonal, I hope it eases up soon...and if you do decide to have more children in the future, that it doesn't affect you as much. It really is no fun!
I'm definitely not going to stress over deli meat, caffeine, cheese, or any of the other no nos like what kind of face wash to use! I do plan to cut out the junk food this time. I went overboard with twisters and ice cream last time and I'm still paying for it!
@JennM205 Thanks. Hormones probably are at play, but I've also had spotting scares with both pregnancies that add to the stress and worry. With DD, the worry that something would happen to her didn't ease up until well after she was born, but it was a lot better after I hit 12 weeks. I enjoyed my pregnancy with her in the 2nd and 3rd tri, and I'm sure I will this time, too. And DD does help ease some of my worry this time because I already feel so lucky to be her mommy.
I'm really trying to make an effort to exercise more. But it's been so hard feeling so....blah. Last time I didn't drink much coffee so it wasn't a huge deal giving it up. I did follow the no-no food list. This time I caved and had a tuna hoagie with hot pepper relish. It was amazing! But considering how I feel this time with eating gluten, I'm going to cut it out completely.
Oh and I'm going to ride my horse until I can't get on. Last time I barely saw him in the whole 9 months! I felt so bad going knowing that I couldn't ride. There was a pregnant girl who rode all summer. Her last ride was at 33 weeks!
I'm a FTM so I haven't BTDT but I saw my midwife for the first time today and she said for all the food no-nos to just use common sense (in regards to deli meat, medium rare steak, raw fish, etc.) and not eat food that's been sitting out a long time or prepared in unclean conditions

Fortunately (and unfortunately) I will be eating super healthy this time. I say fortunate because I will be better off for it in the end, and hopefully I won't gain 60 lbs like I did the first time. Unfortunate, because I'm being forced into it due to a newly diagnosed medical condition (interstitial cystitis).
I'm also not doing planning of any kind, really. I think we're going to be team green. We already have a boy and a girl. We have clothes, toys, supplies, etc. I honestly forget I'm pregnant most of the time.
