We're having a boy, but we have it narrowed to Andrew, Ethan (our DS is Aiden....are those too close??), Henry and James. MN will be either Joseph (after DH) or Michael (after my dad).

We are having a girl and naming her Sadie Marie. Sadie is a name we both love and Marie is after DH's late sister that we lost tragically almost 6 years ago; she and DH were best friends so we only found it fitting. Our first was born to soon after the loss so we named her after my family. I am so excited about the name and I love telling people and talking about her by name (DS still says her name is Sissie, but that's okay).
I love the name Sadie!
My husband chose Mila before we got married, and I wanted my daughter to be named after a my favorite Queens (Elizabeth I & Isabella of Castile, we're both History teachers) so we went with Mila Isabelle. We had liked Mason or Liam for a boy but my nephew was born in September and they named him Jameson and DH thought Liam was too common so we actually hadn't agreed on a boy name.
We are having a little girl and naming her Brandy Elaine but are planning for her to go by "Lanie". I have loved these names for a long time (especially Brandy after the song) and was lucky that my husband ended up liking them too.
For a girl we've chosen Adaline Jewel. H's grandmother's name was Jewel and she passed just before he and I met. For a boy I like Eli Nathaniel but H isn't quite sold on it yet. Still coming up with those. Girl is set in stone though.
OK so maybe I'm crazy, but last night I was lying in bed feeling really stressed out and overwhelmed with life and also in a lot of pain from some pelvis shenanigans, and then I saw out my bedroom window a flash of green light in the sky and went to investigate. Ended up watching the most incredible display of northern lights for about 5 minutes before it disappeared. Never seen anything like it in my life! It made me feel so giddy and happy and totally turned my mood around...anyway...now I'm slightly fixated on the name Aurora just because it felt like such a special moment witnessing that in the cloudy, light-polluted sky (I live downtown in a large city, we usually don't see much in the sky) on a night where I was feeling crappy about my pregnancy. Maybe Ada Aurora? Astrid Aurora? Hmmm.

@MCKC14 those are pretty! I don't know if I'd want it as a first name though. Although, would it shorten to Rory? That's kind of adorable.
I like Rory. I have a Victoria that I plan on calling Rory. Right now my twins don't have nicknames since their names are so complicated we just call them Alexandria and Victoria in hopes that they will go to preschool able to pronounce their names lol.
