Feel like I'm showing already?

I'd be due early September, I'm about 8 weeks along (maybe 7 since I ovulate really late in my cycle), but I swear I started showing this week. This is my first baby and I'm of average weight, not overweight but also not so thin that it should be this obvious so early. Is this just bloating?

I will be 8 weeks tomorrow and have been feeling this way for the last week! I totally understand! I am short (5'1) so any additional weight or bloating is very obvious on my frame. The thing to remember is this: we are pregnant!!! We are going to get even bigger so try not to worry too much about it. Your body needs nourishment, it has a lot going on right now!

It's most likely bloating, yes. Baby is about a half-inch long in your uterus right now... you'll know it's the baby bump when it's the baby bump - harder, more defined and further along.

The blump is a fun time in pregnancy, where you don't look pregnant yet but just bloated all over. I didn't pop until well after 20 weeks with my daughter, so before that I just looked like I had eaten too many cheeseburgers.

It's just bloating but it's a real thing! I've already busted out my belly bands because a lot of my pants just don't do up comfortably any more

Ha-ha definitely a funny thing to look down and say..wait am I showing. I was at the gym this morning and noticed my "blump" @PSUBecky23 - lol. I kept trying to suck it in lol. Ehh oh well.

Anyone on their 3rd or more baby? I showed a lot earlier with #2 than #1. Wondering if the trend is going to continue. I'd like to keep this under wraps for at least 6-8 more weeks! Lol!

I'm on #4. I showed at about the same time and looked about the same size in bump comparison pictures with each pregnancy. I lost a lot of weight after #3, so I'm starting this pregnancy at my lowest weight in almost a decade. I'm interested to see how that affects when I show. (I'm hoping it is helpful to have my bigger sized clothes to hide in when my bump first starts showing.)

I told my coworkers that know (inner circle) that I wanted to keep it under wraps until at least May, if not the end of the school year. They laughed at me.

The weird part is that my arms, legs, even waist appear slimmer. But my face, boobs and stomach are fatter. Lol.

My boobs will give me away very soon. I am up two full cup sizes.
I have no bump in the morning, but around 6pm I have a serious blump!

Oh my... this is baby #2 and I am bloated also. My fingers are swollen... I want to hide the pregnancy until Easter... not sure how I will do that lol

I am on my 5th baby and 4 pregnancy( have twins) @6weeks I am already showing. My belly is round and hard...the dr told me the more you have the faster you can show because your stuff knows what to do and it's like blowing up a balloon the first time its hard but then it gets stretched out and is easy to fill...

Yeah, it's just bloat. The uterus doesn't protrude from the abdomen until 12 weeks so anything you see right now is bloating as your uterus is still too small. You do show earlier with subsequent pregnancies but not earlier than 11-12 weeks. I'm hating my blump because I look huge! I was sure I had gained a ton of weight and was surprised at the doc yesterday when I saw I haven't gained a pound. I hate being so bloated because I feel that I'm not going to show early because it's going to be hidden under my huge gut. At times I look about 4-5 months pregnant!

Loving my blump. We already get into mischief together. Yesterday I parked in the expecting mothers parking space at Walmart, (there are like 6 and it's a very small town) and didn't think anything of it on my way in. On the way out I was following a gal that must've been 6+ months into her pregnancy —she had the waddle. So I pushed out my blump, put DS on my hip and reincarnated the ol' waddle in order to appear worthy of the convenient parking space I took. I wish I could've watched me. #smilinginside

@bettertogether27 I'm sooooo glad you posted this! I did the same thing at BRU the other day, except their spots are for "expecting mothers only" (no little babies too). There were like 4 available and I was thinking I was so sly walking into the store on a 20 degree day with the 15ft advantage. But then I got super nervous like "what if I run into someone I know (haven't told anyone) on my way out of the store and they're suspicious as to why I'm parked there?!".

Well karma didn't hit me that time, but it got me at the OB's office. Just as I walked into the waiting room, the first person I laid eyes on was a co-worker. It could've been played off as a routine check-up, but the sonographer was first to call me in (on the other side of the office where they do U/S). I feel now like I've been caught.

I'm glad you posted this too! We were planning a September wedding... And I just dropped 900 on a corset mermaid gown last weekend :-(. ...then I saw 2 lines on the stick this morning. While I am happy, I am also kind of terrified.... A baby is such a blessing.... I already feel bloated and tired.
