  Colton and Carson match too much IMO but it's up to you if it bothers you or not. Carsen doesn't make it better and will be more confusing for the child because that is not a common spelling.
  
  ETA: by more confusing for the child I really mean that their name will just get misspelled all the time. So more annoying is perhaps a better word than confusing.

  Too matchy for me. Starting and ending in the same sounds is too similar. Carsen doesn't make it any better.

  I think it's super matchy. If you really like those -on endings, I'd at least go with a name that doesn't start with a C.

  I know a Carson and Colton sibset. They're in their 20s now. I never thought they were too matchy.
