Pregnancy signs but negative tests

I have symptoms of pregnancy and have had them for a week now. I have been nauseous for at least a few hours every day. I have been lightheaded and exhausted also. I've had to run to the bathroom way much more than usual. My lower back has been killing me. I have been crazy hormonal crying one minute and laughing the next. All my tests I have taken over the past week have been coming back negative though. I know we aren't allowed to ask if we are pregnant but is it a possibility and if so how long should I wait between taking home pregnancy tests and what should I be doing in the mean time?

Ugh. If you know you're not supposed to ask, then why are you asking?

It's likely that you're just "late", or experiencing PMS. Keep testing until you get your period or turn a positive. If you continue turning negayives, call your doctor.

I'm just asking if it's a possibility. I'm sorry I didn't know that was the same thing. Just trying to figure out how foolproof these tests are.

Also I was on Lupron for endo so it's possible that I'm late due to the meds but my doctor and nurse seem stumped and seem to write it off as a hormone imbalance but I've had trouble with Gynos because no one was able to diagnose me with endo or pcos for several years so I have trust issues so I'm trying to see if anyone had similar experiences.

Have you had sex? Of course it's a possibility.

When were you expecting your period? If it's still a week or more out, stop testing until you expect it to come. If you're "late", and you keep turning negatives, you're not pregnant and you can make an appointment with your doctor to confirm.

The length the period starts back up for women that were on Lupron varies. I've been off the shot for over a month and a half though and still no period. Just confused and am not really able to get in to see my dr. much due to my job.

You should trust the validity of the test over the unpredictability of "pregnancy symptoms" every time. Pregnancy symptoms are not pregnancy symptoms without a positive home pregnancy test

I mean, I'm not really sure what else to tell you. Wandfos are cheap and plentiful. You can keep testing until you get your period, or you can tell your boss that you need some time to see your doctor if you're concerned.

It sounds to me like PMS. People don't usually start feeling symptoms until around 6 weeks (obviously everyone is different), but it really does sound like PMS.

Have you been temping to keep track of ovulation? If not, you should probably start now. Fertility Friend is a free app and a good place to do that.

I would think it is pms but I am absolutely miserable and barely able to work. I have had pms before and it was nothing like this. So depressed and anxiety is through the roof.

I want to start tracking ovulation but I don't know how accurate it will be because of the 6 months I was on Lupron.

I'm going to go back to my original recommendation, and tell you that if you're that miserable, you need to be making an appointment with your doctor and your job will need to accomodate that.

It's never too early or late to track your temperature.

If you've had unprotected sex then pregnancy is of course a possibility, not sure why you need confirmation on that.
If you are pregnant "enough" to have symptoms then you will be able to turn a HPT. Otherwise you are not pregnant at this time.
Once you start a new cycle then you can start to track by taking your basal body temperature every morning and using an app like fertility friend.

Like pp's have said if you are pregnant enough to have symptoms you are pregnant enough to turn a test positive. Most people don't start feeling sick until 6 weeks when your HCG is 200< a pregnacy test will pick up hcg at about 25-30.

I'm with @msuzannah most of the symptoms you mention start well after the first month especially the need to pee. Maybe you just have a UTI until you turn a postive test you are not pregnant it's hard to wait but try it's better then getting your hopes up only to be disappointed when aunt flow comes

If you were previously taking medication for endometriosis and are no longer taking it, could it be endo that is causing your symptoms?

If you are pregnant a test will be positive.

If your issues or what you call "symptoms" are making it so you cannot work, are depressed and have anxiety, then you definitely need to see a doctor. Pretty sure your boss would rather you take a day off to get it sorted out rather than have an employee that can barely complete daily duties.
